Sick On Stacks

Hi Mick,

What a valuable document are the Layman’s guides. A big thanks for the clear understanding given about stacks, and what to eat etc during the cycle. This is the first time I have had a proper structure to my training whilst on the gear. I am about 4 weeks into an 8 week cycle. The discipline of following the cycle and scheduling training is already paying off.

If possible, though, can I ask a quick question. If you fall sick during a cycle. Tummy bug, meaning you can’t train or keep anything down for 4-5 days. If you don’t take gear during this period, should you just pick up at the same point in the cycle you were at when you fell sick. Or just write the cycle off, take a forced two week break and start from scratch again later on?

Any words of wisdom much aprreciated.
Keep strong…

Thanks again,
Dave.

I would stop personally. The difference in 4 days or so would be neither here nor there, but because the gear drops your immune system down it is better to come off to be honest

you could use decca as it is an immune booster/keep your immune system up with astragalus/zinc picolinate/folic acid/aloe vera juice/dhea/150mg asprin/siberian ginseng/liquorice root/bitter melon/iron 10mg/and AL721 if you can get it/take this combo every morning and you will feel great.DONT USE DECCA EVERY DAY USE THAT WITH YOUR GEAR STACK.also use hgh if you can afford it.

Mick I’m 45 getting back into the iron game after several years off. I’m 5′9″ about 205 with a stocky/block build. I’m not interested in gear but wondering if you could help me with what you would recommend for supplements for strenth gains with commercial supplements. Thanks, Tim
