Are You Prepared To Go The Extra Mile?
Hey Mick,
I have been taking gear in the past all the time for almost 10 years and I can sure tell you that you hit it on the nose, you are so accurate with your comments. And there are a lot of assholes out there and out of experience I can tell that people are so fucking jealous its scary.
All the women love and admire a good hard body, if they understand the process behind training, they are just afraid to
admit it in front of their wicked husbands, for men ; they are not prepared to go the extra mile or even lift they fucking lazy asses and do something, its easier to say you don’t want to or you don’t like the look of body building than saying you cant do the hard work.
Just a question for you; I haven’t train for the last 2 years, due to septicemia and shit I had. I picked up 30 kg of fat weighing a 130 kg at the moment, I fucken struggle to make a come back, I do everything I should. Can you please advice me on what gear will be the best to burn this fat as this is my first time in such a position. And it is shit to be fat!!
Clenbuterol, deca, winstroll, ephedriene, eltroxin and some primabolan? Will this be a good stack?
Thanks Mick,
Have a good one
Mauritz.
Hi,
Great reply
I know your gonna love my new book - big time then mate
Hang in there but for now I would suggest using simple gear such as Stromba (stanazolol) as given in the Layman’s Guides - along with clenbuterol - nothing else except for some kick ass training of course.

Hi Mick
Here is a training schedule I put together that seems to work for me and friends of mine that have tried it. What do you think, perhaps you could add some suggestion or ideas, the information below is just a guide and each individual may have his or her own ideas and methods, this is just something I wanted to share with the rest of our gym friends out there
Thanks for all the information and links, train hard,
Yours in training

Day four
This is your “rest” day so to say, no actual weight lifting. You need to do 15-20
Minutes on either treadmill, bicyle, or stair climbing, anything that will make you
break a sweat. You can throw in abs aswell
Once you feel stronger you can do cardio after your normal session, but don’t over train or burn out.
You will know you are over training if you run out of energy, lose interest or feel nauseas whilst training, you also wont have the energy to carry on. Failure.
You can also change your exercises after a month so as to “confuse” the muscle into growing and so that your training does not become monotonous, eg
Chest – Flat bench, dumbbells
Incline bench, dumbbells
Cable flys or Peck deck
Dips can be replaced with decline bench press
Etc, etc, chop and change exercises with different equipment, just keep to the same muscle
group concentration.
Remember, the whole exercise eating plan is 60% eating, 40% training, keep the fat content down, the protein high and don’t eat carbs after 3pm.
If you want to grow in size, still follow low fat, but eat all the time, 6-7 small meals per day as opposed to 3 Massive meals, eating, nibbling all the time increases your metabolism which helps burn fat and add good quality lean mass( mass if training heavy, 6 reps at most per set, where you cant push another rep) Leaness and shape if reps are between 10 and 12 using lighter weights.

i have purchased your book laymans guide 2, its a great book and above all honest and to the point, which is more than can be said for other publications and so called training bibles. there is a beginers programme and an advaned programme but no intermediate programme(THE WEIGHT TRAINING PROGRAMME NOT GEAR) is that something youve missed out or what.

A little Extra Fat is good for building muscle, But you NEED to do some cardio to strengthen that heart again. Some of you guys might disagree but a strong heart means you can give more blood to your muscles and train longer without shortness of breath.

Hi Mick I have been reading your stuff and other stuff on other web sites and I finally took the plunge into steroids, after working out 6 days a week and not getting the results I really wanted. I also put a disc out in my back about 9 months ago and couldnt train the same so I gave up. One of my mates who was similar to myself, and who I had not seen for a while came to see me about 2 weeks ago and he is fukn huge now due to steroids.
So as I said I have taken the plunge now myself and have started a course of T3,Clen and Anabol. Is there anything you can tell me about this stack that I might need to know and also what would you suggest about training my now weak back.
Thanks for a great mag Mick and any help would be appreciated.

What a good rouitine , one question ? You say its a split but you dont say where you would split , ie Do the chest part then go back and do the second part of the training for the day ?sorry to sound a bit dumb .
Another thing i used to be in really good shape like some of you say and put a lot on through boozing and coke , i have no gym partner now and find it a little harder to get motivated any tips ? Steve.

Does he know the meaning of the extra mile?…. I believe that he doesn’t need gear ; just some disapline, and get back to basic nutrition needs not wants!. 6or8weeks of eating right and training hard,as well as some strict cardio and he’d be back on track , and then possably some gear.
