A Letter To Mick – The Over 40s Bodybuilding Machine

WARNING: Don’t read this unless you are ready to GAIN Serious Lean Muscle —-> “Layman’s Guides to Steroids 3.0″

Hi Mick,

Thank you for all the emails they have been good reading and a fair bit of help just read tom’s mail about over 40′s putting on quality muscle. ok  here goes, I have been training since I was about 6yrs my old man was a martial arts maniac and made me my first barbell never looked back.

I must admit i did take enough roids to flatten a bull elephant (but i did take them the right way or as near as I thought to the right way)  had a mate who was a universe contender … anyway won a few bodybuilding  shows and even turned my hand to powerlifting won the Welsh National  championships in 1983, a long time ago I know but I  have never ceased to love the sport, gave the roids a miss though for a  looooong time, then computers took over like a disease lol.

I became a couch  potatoe and just vegetated trained maybe once a fortnight, but just  recently I went to watch  the Nabba Wales show and the old brain started sizing up and comparing me to them, got a bit of motivation started  training/dieting again and the shape and size started to come through, read your  first book and it opened my eyes for the first time (even though i thought i was  taking the roids properly before).

I could actually make sense of the cycle and  stack you explained ok it is only your first book and no i haven’t read the  other 2 yet but the articles you wrote made so much sense, I  started on a course of tri-sust  d-bol and decca cycled as you printed (and  by the way it is soooo much less pain doubling decca and sust in the same  syringe hahahahah).

Now to the point at hand so to speak, yes Tom I have made a remarkable gain in quality muscle and in only 3 weeks, my body fat has decreased significantly and strength has shot up (always did love the d-bol) mates in the  gym can’t believe I’m the same person and I’m 46 yrs old just to let you know, seriously thinking about entering the over 40′s wales next year so thanks again  Mick for your excellent book and i will get your other two soon.
Andy.

Train Hard, Learn and Be strong,
Mick Hart.

That was a good read, i agree i have trained for many years in martial arts and bodybuilding. I done a few cycles in my time but never really understood the procces behind it all. After reading the laymans guides and discussing it with my wife i changed my training routines and diet. I am finally in the right frame of mind to start a cycle i read in LG3. Im 38 and mentally ready to change my life for the first time as i have the info on not just gear but all aspects of my life are fitting into place, something else i would love to add is the No Bull Board is well worth being a member as i have met many people that really stand behind you and give you the motivation needed in this sport.

Keep it up Mick.
