Another Great Testimonial For Mick

Dear Mick,

First, let me say I love your site and your information has help me in more ways than you will ever know. Now I am at a time in my life that I need a little more advise.  My wife supports my use of gear 100%, but in exchange for her support she only ask that I wait to continue my useuntil after we have children.

I understand her concern and want nothing more than to make
her happy so I have decided to respect  her request. My question comes on what I should be doing now. My diet is flawless, my training is intense, but I wanted to know if there were other supplement I should be taking?

Protein is a given, but what else is necessary? Creatine? Glutamine? Anything? Any advise you can give me would be greatly appreciated and I look forward to continuing to learn from you and your site to ensure that my next use age will allow me to reach my full potential.

Thanks again,

Sincerely,
Cmbagwe

Hi Cmbagwe,

You are already doing what you should be doing
mate. Diet is flawless, training intensive so why
worry. OK adding a little L-glutamine is a good
idea in my opinion granted but you are already
on track. All you need to add is that little bit
more on top of what you are already doing -
work harder.

Respecting your wives wishes is a good idea;
she has respected yours. Come the time that
you can see a gap when you can use the gear
will be a bonus, but if you are training as hard
as you say and eating as well as too you might
not need any gear at all.Now THAT would be a
bonus to be sure because gear is not always
THE be all and end all – good diet, training and
rest is! Best of luck mate.
Train hard and be strong,

Mick, I have been following you for several years and find your info helpfull but so much does not apply to me. Let me tell you why. I am 58 years old and use AAS not just for the body sculpting that I like but because I need to. I am one of those unfortunates that at age 53 got let go from the old coporate lader and out on the streets I am. My skills are technical and I can make a good living with them but it is hard ass work, actually the work of a 20-30 year old. The AAS’s help the Deca keeps my cronic lower back pain in check etc. I know “see a doctor” Self employedand in the US, cant aford it. So I am looking for a Trainer, adviser, doctor(?) that can perhaps help a 58 year old in my situation. Further I have a hell of a time with PCT and HCG is hell on my skin as are the AAS. My question to you is: Can you recomend someone with this kind of experiance to help me via email/internet? I am looking for someone good and solution specifice to my needs. I am of cours willing to pay for this couseltation and not holding anyone resposible for there advise.
Please advise.
