Another example of just how MAD this world is. The BRITISH RED CROSS who have to be commended for the great work they have done over the many years that they have been around, to say the least. They do work in countries ALL over the world and help so many people of all religions.
BUT they have decided that all the charity shops in Britain and (I suppose the world over too) that Christmas and any reference to it be BANNED because they are afraid that it will upset OTHER religions! WHAT! How dare you choose for me AND how dare you decide what is good for other religions too! A recent TV interview that had representatives from many beliefs was there.
The presenter asked the Red Cross rep what his reasons were and he said the above. BUT the other religions actually said that they did not give a shit and that they were NOT offended. But what the fuck if they were – this is OUR country first! We are suppose to be a country of free speech and allow other religions and faiths to practice what and how they wish – I have no problem with that, but what the fuck does the Red Cross actually think that they will achieve with this, more money? I think not, more like more bollocks to me!
How many of you have sung “BAA BAA BLACK SHEEP” as a kid? How many have sung it to their babies eh? How many? Well now, I believe the nursery rhyme will be banned because leans towards racial tendencies! WHAT! Who honestly gives a shit! So what do we sing then? “BAA BAA Multi fucking racial non-coloured farm animal that is not one sex but has the choice to be gay because that is their right – sheep!”
What a farce! What a joke! But do we really give a shit what colour the sheep is? We will be banning eggs soon because Humpty Dumpty will have sent in a complaint and all the Kings horses will have agreed with him because most of them are fucking gay, of mixed race and follow a concrete post up on a hill where someone had a shag a few years ago! Twats!
I am not having a go at gays, blacks, whites, Christians, Moslems, Buddhists or whoever, I am making the point that SENSE should prevail. Have a friggin VOTE on it for Christ’s, er the “POST on the Hills” sake!! WE should choose what WE deem fit and health for us, not some hair free arse-hole that has been voted in so that they can increase their expense sheets. They really piss me off BIG style. But they will win as they often do. We follow like the proverbial sheep above WHATEVER the colour.
I digress as usual, but for good reason. Steroids are no exception to this rule because the general public believes that WE bodybuilders are addicted to them and that is what they are told, so that is what they will believe – as usual. Hey I do not know the first thing about birth control, but I will at least do my up most to find out what it is and how to use it (well I wish I had done sometimes -ahem).
The only addiction or reason is to want to do better and we do if we choose wisely and correctly. But let’s look at this in another way; let’s look at why a bodybuilder wants to bodybuild or just train to look better BEFORE they decide to use steroids. I can list many reasons as to why I decided to start training and I can say that it would stand for most.
Possible reasons could be:
* Cosmetic of course
* For self-confidence
* Fitness and health
* Underweight
* Over weight
* Desire to improve oneself
* For their partners sake
* For THEIR sake
Competition
Bodybuilders are not the scourge of this world and neither are the steroids that they take as bad as the media make out, but we will always be portrayed as the rampaging nutcases that take drugs to cheat. Think again please, or at least do a little more research. Give us the chance to prove what we know and how to use it. Or one other point that most of you have not considered; control steroids so that we can use them as WE wish and not be breaking the laws in the relevant countries. What would that achieve I hear?
Well for a fact it would make the government money. It would also put out of business the counterfeiters. It would also make it non-profitable for organized crime that does see it as a lucrative business and that alone would help us all. As true believers in the sport, we only care about what we do as individuals and we alone should decide what we want to do with our own bodies because we know that we use them correctly and safely – that is what we do.
Leave us alone and we will come home – wagging our non-racial, multi coloured, universal belief, multi-sexually orientated tails behind us – honest!
