Did you know that you can leave comments and share your experiences with other real bodybuilders who have already achieved their real objectives… Build lean muscle safely, with no health problems!!!

Hello Hormuzd,
Firstly, looks like you need to check your routine in order to fix that mass issue. If you have been training hard as you said, and following a bulking diet including sufficient rest then I don’t see why you wont grow.
Secondly, steroids have side effects if not used properly, be it sexual life. I recommend you read sufficient articles about steroids before using them.

Thirdly, Deca is good. But for first time user I would suggest Testosterone Enanthate for a 8-12 weeks cycle, followed by PCT… Finally, train heavy, eat frequently and rest properly. Good luck.

For someone to follow any advice on any of the free bodybuilding forums has to be very naive. Since 2005, I have yet to follow any of the bullshit advice from forums, blogs, or websites.

I’m been putting off buy the guides and joining the forum for years and the fucking around stop now! Going to join for sure Feb, 2012.

Hi Mick. I’ve been milling around in my head to get into a bodybuilding competition state or national, it doesn’t matter, I simply want to do it and I will look so good along my progression to that stage. Problem is that I’m 56 years old, osteoarthritis, several fused discs in my lower back, bursitis in both shoulders, tendinitis at both elbows, and torticollis of the neck. Somehow, I’ve got to work around these as best as possible. I plan to buy all three layman’s guides sometime next year. I want to become knowledgeable about steroids so that I can achieve the most with the least amount of time and energy when utilizing the remaining 4 years to go all out before I reach 60?

Thanks Mick,
Very inspiring story. Yeah Mick is by far the best person / coach / mentor I have ever found. I purchased the Chris report and couldn’t work on that because of finance concern. But will definitely try in 2012. And I keep reading his articles whenever i feel down and boring in life. Thanks mick for being such a great help. I have all the layman’s guides and Chris report and all the doses are mild and very little but very effective. I would suggest people to used Mick’s cycle so that they cant get confused in life and can keep their testosterone, gyno in control.

There is no doubting the quality of the information available to you on the No Bull Bodybuilding Forum – and you KNOW that I am always on there – always available to you. I’m not new to this game. I have been advising athletes at all levels on bodybuilding, training and steroids for many years. This is information you can trust!

There will be no 13 year old kids, no idiots – just serious people, real knowledge, and the security of knowing that you can speak with someone who has trained 80 first placed athletes in the last 4 years alone. Now ask yourself a question. Where else can you do that?

“Act NOW – Prices WILL Increase Later”

I said it above, but let me repeat it so that you are completely warned. This bodybuilding forum is still relatively new, and will improve with time as the “database” of “questions & answers” and knowledge grows. As a result I will definitely be raising the prices in the future. So take advantage now of this offer, and give your training the edge it needs – REAL NO BULL KNOWLEDGE

Don’t wait, it just doesn’t make any sense at all to wait, not for the money we are talking about. When you subscribe right away you will lock in your $14.95 per month for as long as you remain a member… irrespective of how much we increase prices you will NEVER pay more.

Just a collection of like minded people from around the globe, Sharing their opinions and experiences. And without the holier than thou attitude seen elsewhere.

It’s all done with respect and good humor, I’m hooked.

Hello Dear Mick,

My name is L*** and I am Brazilian, sorry for not speaking the language well English.

I wonder about some rumours about anabolic cycles, we doubt the INTA.

True, there are cycles and grow with steroids penis size? and the cycle will shrink my balls?

Gain muscle mass by anabolic ouzo will be even permantente q anabolic uzar I stop and continue working out?

I am very grateful for your attention and await response.
L***

————————————————————-

Hi L***,

My friend, I am afraid that I am going to have to tell you that in no way have I ever known anyone to have grown any extra length on their penis with the use of steroids in any form – ever!

If this were so, then with the amount of steroids that I and my colleagues and friends have taken over the years, our combined penis length would reach to the moon and back – obviously mine being the main stay of the reach (snigger).

I am sorry to disappoint you but the only way for you to increase your penis length is one of two ways that I can think of at the moment.

One would be to ask one of those beautiful Brazilian ladies to pull on it regularly and with some vigour, the second would be to tie a considerable sized dumbbell to the end and drop it off out of your bedroom window (please do not try this at home due to humorous instruction of course).

However, the shrinking of the balls (testicles) could occur with the over use of steroids that would cause the increase in estrogen and therefore your plums (testicles) would see no reason for hanging about. Bye bye plums.

So the sad situation would be thus: should you have an inadequate penis and then suffer the problem of shrinking nuts then I can see that the future would not only look bleak but you would in fact start to look good in a bikini. Whatever the outcome, not a happy chappy you will be.

In short (no pun intended), I would not look to steroids for any extra length of penis size but to either medical assistance or refer to the “pretty lady” option.

I do know that regular use of the penis will assist in the size issue as time goes on. If not, I can assure you that you will enjoy the period of time, I know I would.

Train hard and be strong,
Mick Hart.

Last week I posted an article with some really important advice about Steroid Supplier Awareness, which has really had an awesome response…

Anyway, if you happen to have missed that Steroid advice, you can read it right now by clicking here:- Steroid Supplier Awareness

The ends of my fingers are now so flat because of all the extra typing I have been doing in response to my last blog post, that I reckon I could do a hand stand in a hurricane without falling over – I shit you not! I am not complaining, no way, in fact I am simply amazed at the number of people and the amount of money that has been scammed from them is incredible to say the least. We need to stay on top of this.

Even worst, and as I predicted many moons ago, the quality of some of the products that they have received is worse than even I could have imagined, but good or bad at least some of them received products rather than nothing. Both I agree are bad enough pointers and the order in which you place them is of course yours to choose, but I assure you it isn’t going to get any better unless you take steps to guard against them.

Look to the way in which you communicate for example. Most will just insist that you stick with email communication and then state that this is for YOUR good; not so, it is for their good alone. If they intend to scam you, it is easy to block your mail or just simply set up another mail with a slight change to it i.e. tosspot@scamyou. whatever to say tosspot01@scammedyouagain. whatever – see my point? Now if you see slight changes in their set up, be aware of incoming problems or hiccups because in truth there should not be any changes unless their intentions are malignant.

It is always a bonus when you are able to chat to the person and I am sure you will agree. Building trust is hard enough with an email in such matters and contact is easily avoided by their party because of this, heightening the frustration when you cannot make any contact for any reason. OK I appreciate that so many packages can go missing for SO many different reasons, for example:

Customs interception (depending on country): These losses are usually backed up with a letter informing you that a shipment addressed to you or your property has been intercepted. If you do receive a letter and unless you have a prescription then do NOT contest it, let it go, you lost that one. Shit happens.

Distance of travel: (Parcels can take a few days but we know of some examples where a 4 day trip actually took 3 months to arrive – go figure)

General loss in post: This happens I agree – shit happens I agree. The problem is establishing a trust between you and the supplier so a deal can be made if at all. Zero contact makes this an even worse situation as I am sure most will understand.

Stolen en route: Opportunist thieves again I am afraid.

Works Postal rooms: This happens more than you would realise to be honest. When parcels are posted to your works address for obvious reasons, sticky fingered opportunist thieves jump on the bandwagon.

There are so many different ways that parcels can be lost and I have listed just few. There are more but I will go into that in more detail in my new book. If you have any examples then please feel free to send them onto me when you get the chance where I will endeavour to let others know as best I can.

Payment is another problem area where in most cases problems can be seen from the start. If you get hit on the first run by a bunch of scamming bastards then DON’T go back and send another one as so many have done. Stop, think and regroup and do your utmost to contact them, if you can’t, then let me know and I will try and help or advise if I can of course, but for God’s sake don’t send them any more money.

The biggest scam of all and the one that usually catches out most people is the small order – BIG order scenario. This happens when you are duped into ordering a small order of a few dollars/pounds then receive the order with no problems attached. Confidence is established (or so you think) then off you go and order a couple of thousand dollar/pounds with then guess what – no order arrives. You’ve been scammed or they have been busted, usually it’s the former.

Western Union is always a dodgy deal in my opinion because it is so easy to lose out, but for most it is the only way that these people will do business because either way it benefits them and not you. My honest opinion is that this option is the worst ever scenario, but for some it is the only way I suppose, but there are others.

I will tell you what we are getting a lot of and that is “one-off” web sites that are too numerous to mention to be fair. Here one day and gone another and the only best way to try and combat that is to give us a shout before you order and we will do our best to try and track down whoever it is before you decide to order. All you have to do is to drop me an email and I will reply as soon as I can and give you an idea if that is possible. I am a little sceptical about publicly announcing companies at the moment for fear of anyone losing out if they have a current order in progress and the company cuts out, so I would rather chat one on one for now.

Like I have already said, if you are not sure of anything then drop me a line or pick up the phone and get in touch and I will do my best to guide you in the right direction. There are still some very good steroids suppliers out there be assured its just a matter of pointing you in the best direction.

During the last 18 months or so I have become a surfer. Not of the waves at Newquay – as a kid I couldn’t even roller skate without getting injured every day – but of the Internet and I have marked almost all the bodybuilding sites that I could find around the world. Some of these are not very good and I have dumped them, but others are quite informative. No doubt many readers will be better at using a computer than I am, but nevertheless I have picked up some useful information about bodybuilding training with steroids.

Poking around on discussion boards, one thing I notice repeatedly is the number of daft questions being asked about steroids and other gear used by Bodybuilders. Some web site monitors complain about the barrages of questions which they receive, all of which could be answered by looking in one decent book about drugs use in bodybuilding. I know that everyone has to start from scratch and learn but are there not some basic rules that should be applied? Basically there appear to be three types of questions.

1. I am just going to start my first cycle and I have the following drugs – [list of various drugs and quantities] – what do you think of the following course – [another list of drugs and dosages]?

2. I have just bought the following – [another list of drugs and quantities] – what course would you recommend for a first cycle?

3. I have been on the following course – [drugs programme that a top Pro would consider a bit heavy]. I have been having problems with headaches, I have swellings around my nipples, I have acne on my shoulders and back and my eyes have gone yellow. What do you think is the problem? Do I need to change my course?

There will be variations on these questions but you see the basic format. Someone is plunging into a drugs programme without doing basic homework. Is it not a fact that if you are serious about using powerful drugs, then before you even think about swallowing pills or sticking a needle in your bum, you find out everything you can about the drugs, what’s what; which are best for bulking; which are best for dieting down; which cause most side effects; which drugs to use with others in a stack; how long to stay on drugs; how long off; what dosages to use; etc.?

Apparently, the answer to all these questions is: buy the drugs first and sort out the rest later. I know of many cases of rookie potential bodybuilders buying the drugs before even joining a gym and starting to work out.

Most of you who have read the No Bull collection or this blog on a regular basis will be more sensible but even I get my share of unnecessary questions. Guys, if you have decided that bodybuilding and getting seriously big is very important to you and that you intend to use whatever it takes to get there then do it right so that you get maximum benefit and minimum risk.

Now I may not be a bodybuilding guru but I have been involved in the sport for a long time as a gym owner and as a competitor and I have learned by observation and experience. I want every serious bodybuilder to succeed and build that outstanding body and I do not condemn you for wanting to use gear. What matters is your health. So what do you have to do to get it right?

First of all train hard and seriously for one or two years – longer if you are under 20 years old – without using any gear or even thinking about using gear. This is not just an old fart trying to hold back your bodybuilding progress and you will be able to give me names of juniors who have thrived on gear. You can think what you like about me but the reality is that for most young men, using gear without building a basic foundation first is a recipe for disaster.

There is no doubt that on gear you will grow like a weed, but with proper training and nutrition you would grow like a weed anyway. I have experience of men who train for a few months, hardly grow at all and assume that they need gear. The reality is that they don’t grow because they don’t train properly or hard enough and eat almost no food – and what they do eat is often junk.

Tell them what they need to eat – forget the EXTRA they would need to eat if they used gear – and they will say bodybuilding is too expensive. Taking gear is not a substitute for food! But if you do train hard and eat properly using gear too soon the chances are that you will get a string of joint injuries that could dog your training for ever.

The problem is that the joints, tendons, ligaments and other connective tissues are just not ready for the loads being imposed on them. There is also some evidence that the heart needs time to adapt as well – and this is even more important. All these areas need time to develop strength to support the sort of loads that come with the rapid growth that follows the correct use of gear.

Okay, well I think that’s enough advice for today, and next week I will give some bodybuilding training with steroids guidelines to those of you muscle addicts that have been at it for at least a couple of years.

It really can be a RIGHT pain in the fucking neck! Not only the wife or girlfriend, but also a common problem for bodybuilders is the neck – basically the top seven vertebrae of your spine (with the resultant ligaments etc!) surrounded, where we muscle nuts are concerned by the “upper” trapezius muscle. The neck (or cervical column) is more prone to injury, as unlike the lumbar spine, it does not have the great advantage of huge muscle bulk around it.

BUT no one can argue that the great JOHN NEIGHBOUR does not do his job right from the outset! Mind you, who would be a cunt to tell him to his face? I am OK ‘cos his brother is my mate – ner fucking ner ner!

Those of you who have read my past articles will know about “joint dysfunction” as compared to muscle injury. Muscle injury is actually quite rare, as muscles are difficult to tear, (unless you don’t warm up, like a lot of other dozy bollocks!) – besides which, with a lot of hot/cold packs and ultrasound, even physiotherapists can treat minor muscle tears! But as usual I digress. The point of illustrating cervical problems to bodybuilders is to emphasise that problems can be avoided if care is taken in the prep work (e.g. warm ups). Our commonest injuries occur with the following exercises:

SHRUGS
A very, very, very important point is to warm up fully prior to Shrugs and then add weight slowly. The major problem with this exercise is that it causes dysfunction at C2, resulting in headaches and pain, but if you add the weight slowly this can be avoided as the traps have time to adjust to take the weight and brace themselves for it.

SQUATS
Now if I were an osteopath, the most important point I would endeavour to make would be not to do this stupid fucking exercise!! It screws up your knees, gives you piles and shafts your lower back, lower neck and upper thoracics. Sure, it gives you good legs, but a combo of leg press; hamstring curls and leg extensions will also achieve this. However, if you feel you must do this exercise, then why are you reading my article you twat!!

“Don’t you want to avoid injury?” On second thoughts, carry on doing squats, it’s one reason that many osteopaths drive nice cars and live in big houses!! (Not entirely true, but the dickheads that choose to do this exercise do keep them busy)

SHOULDER PRESS
See ‘Shrugs’. Start lightly. Fill the muscle with lovely warm blood until it’s ‘pumping’ (high reps, low weights to start with).

LATERAL RAISE
As previous.

ABDOMINALS
Don’t link fingers behind the neck or similar when doing sit ups – this is the WORSE thing that you can do!

SEATED OR UPRIGHT ROW
Again, warm up; light weight at first. Pump, pump, pump. Get the picture?

The neck is basically very prone to injury or dysfunction by having it’s unprepared trapezius pulling at the joints. Even I, occasionally have gone silly on shrugs viz weight, too much too quick, and it always necessitates a visit to a colleague for correction. Don’t ignore neck pain; (a stitch in time saves nine!) However, follow the above and you will minimise danger of cervical injury.

Train Hard, Learn & Be Strong,

So when you are a hardcore bodybuilder, and training becomes part of your daily life, only injury is likely to stop you. Here is a list of common bodybuilding injuries that will stop you from training, and that will mean a trip to your local Osteopath.

The Lower Back
You can imagine what it’s like at our gym can’t you? There I am training and one of the lads wants an instant diagnosis on a long standing lower back problem. Now listen boys (of Pinks Gym), the lower back is a complex piece of kit, and things don’t just slip out as you imagine. Diagnosing a lumbar problem takes time and experience, what’s more, the problem can be related to a foot, knee, hip or any distant body part and that’s just talking postural problems.

There is a plethora of orthopaedic (or bloody serious) lumbar problems, such as spondylolisthesis, disc prolapse, etc. etc. (see your mum’s medical dictionary), I’m not going to bore you with the medical details!) One thing for sure, if a back problem persists past a small ache, for a couple of days after hitting the iron, get to your Osteopath.

You see one thing that really pisses us off; is when people who know their body, such as bodybuilders, leave the pain for months on end then come to us and expect us to fix the bugger in five minutes! In short the quicker you catch the problem, the quicker we can fix it and the less wonga it will cost you -easy eh? Now let’s have a look at a few individual problems that can hit your old lumbar spine

JOINT LOCKING
This is the one your doctor calls “lumbago”, a total fictional condition to get you out of his office with a script for pain killers. This usually occurs as an ongoing problem that happens every now and again. It’s bloody painful, but the problem is where inflammation occurs on the surrounding tissue, and doesn’t actually involve a disc as such. Yes it’s painful but we can usually relieve it quite quickly.

OSTEOARTHRITIS
This is basically wear and tear on the joints, and is not associated with the crippling multi-jointed Rheumatoid Arthritis, (so you’ll get no free Deca with this one!) You will probably have had an x-ray at the local hospital and osteoarthritis will show up, it’s not tragic we all get it to a certain degree in our poor old joints, but the important thing here is stretching and movement. Keep the thing moving or it will seize up. And don’t forget that the more muscle you have in your back, the more support your spine has, so don’t neglect those back exercises.

DISC PROLAPSE
Or what your Granny calls slipped disc! Now this is luckily, a fairly rare one, but can be a very painful one. The discs are like cushions in-between each spinal vertebrae. In that cushion is a sack of jelly. Now I won’t go into the whys and wherefores, but basically that jelly gets squeezed out of the disc and wakes your nerves up, like ice down your posing briefs. I’m not going to say don’t train when you have a disc prolapse – even it you are Ronnie Coleman, you won’t be able to bloody train!

PELVIS OR SACRO-ILIAIC
This is the most common back problem, and can be very painful. It involves the misplacing of the pelvis or sacrum. This also has all the nice effects of nerve pain, and often crippling effects. From an Osteopathic point of view this misplacing of the pelvis will go on to affect the rest of the spine, simply by twisting it to compensate for the pelvic problem.

SPONDYLOLISTHESIS
Will Mick spell this one correctly? Ha ha! This is quite common amongst power-lifters, so also springs up with the body builders, basically, it’s a little fracture of the part that holds your vertebrae where it should be – it then slips out. Osteopathy can usually keep it under control, unless it gets past a certain point.

Well, these are a few of the things that can affect the old lumbars, and I’m sure you’ll see why swift action is necessary in order to keep you training. lf you have a Lumbar problem, don’t work through it, if it affects you, (pain wise), get some advice from your local Osteopath. Oh, and yes I do like to see people wear weight lifting belts – put on correctly they do support the back.

If you really must train through back pain, stick with machines where you’ll get more support for the back, and less general strain on it. Common sense though eh?

Well, Osteopaths have been around since about 1850. It was developed by a guy named Andrew Taylor in the U.S.A. Basically he was sick of the medical profession’s weaknesses in treating illness. They were the days when arsenic and leeches were the norm in medical circles, and he concluded that most of mans maladies came from misalignment of the spine. He went on to develop a range of manipulative techniques to correct these misalignments.

Anyway history lesson over. Let’s have a butchers at what the modern osteopath does. Firstly we now know that not all sickness comes from the ‘Misaligned Spine’. However Osteopaths can play a large role in many illnesses, that the public have no perception of. It is generally thought that we only treat lower back pain. This actually counts for about 2% of our work.

A brief list may read as follows: Migraine, neck pain, shoulder pain, elbow pain, back, hips, feet and Uncle Tom Cobbley and all. In short your Osteopath is the person to see for all your joint pains.

Let’s clear up some misconceptions…

1. Osteopathy is not ‘alternative medicine’. It is now state registered and is overseen by the General Osteopathy Council (G.O.S.C). As from May 2000 only Osteopaths registered by G.O.S.C can be called ‘Osteopaths.’

2. Osteopathy is extremely safe and won’t break bones (despite the fact they click when manipulated).

3. It is not generally painful.

4. You don’t have to ask your G.P. whether you can see an Osteopath, it’s up to you. (Some G.P’s still live in the dark ages and hate Osteopaths!).

5. Not all Osteopaths dress smart and talk posh (especially me). You won’t usually find they talk down to you, like you’re a bloody idiot, you go to the hospital consultants for that.

6. No, it’s not the same as a physio therapist or chiropractor.

So how does all this affect the bodybuilder? Well, as an Osteopath and part time bodybuilder, I get to treat a lot of problems associated with bodybuilding, and the success rate is excellent.

Bodybuilders are a pretty healthy lot and recovery is generally very quick. Obviously the quicker we can get to an injury, the better the prognosis. (that’s long-term view to you Mick) – (Eds. Note: Thanks mate, now bollocks! Ahem…..). Look at it another way, you go to the Doctor, he refers you to a physio, this takes months and in the meantime you get worse. So you phone your Osteopath and usually get in the same day or soon after, then it’s back to pumping iron.

To find your nearest registered UK Osteopath phone the General Osteopathic Council on 0171 357 6655. However, should you need to ask any questions or contact me personally, please just leave a comment below…

So it had come to the point that I really did need urgent pain relief, and I was suddenly willing to listen to other people, and this is what eventually happened to me, and I’ll never look back again…

OSTEOPATH BOUND
My mate said that he went to a guy in the next town, a highly qualified osteopath that apparently was very good at his job. I made an appointment AND I was shitting myself silly. I had an idea as to what happened, but although I was a bit apprehensive, I was getting to the point where I was in so much pain – well it hurt!

I arrived at the clinic and was impressed at the place – verrrrrry posh, suited me fine as I am one of the worst kind of snobs that you can get – a working class self made snob- yep, I love it to – fuck em!

I was shown into the guys treatment room by this lovely girl, who I might add wanted to sleep with me, in fact all of her mates wanted to sleep with me, even the post woman wanted to sleep with me, even ……. I woke up to be shown to a nice treatment room and was introduced to the guy.

He asked quite a few questions, as apparently is the case on your first visit, and then he asked me to strip down to my shorts. Now fuck off and remember that I am awake here – ahem! Well, after he got over his shock at my fantastic physique and him stopping himself from wishing he was me a million times, he then got to work!

He twisted, pulled, bent, stretched, massaged and literally threw me about the room (well almost) and his diagnosis was this. He said that it could have been quite a few years ago, but he said that what I had done, through squatting, was that because I always had the bar fairly low on my shoulders (which you could have), at some stage during a session, he said that I must have jumped or threw the weighted bar higher on my back, you know to get it comfortable. OR, during a squat, I must have twisted my hips as I was straining – result – now get this…………

My right leg WAS nearly ONE INCH shorter than my LEFT leg due to my hip joint being twisted near out of joint – can you believe that! Not only that, on my upper spine, just below my neck, I had no less than FIVE vertebrae out of place, which must have been thrown out during said squatting! Now do I hear you say -load a bollocks!

Not a prayer me old mates, no way. My back, before I went in was absolutely killing me, the pain was so much I had to sit down a few times whilst on my way to the Osteo – it was that bad! After the visit? I walked out of there WITH NO PAIN ! All I could feel was a little aching where he had put back the bones. The man had done it. I could stand without pain and that in itself was great!

CHECK IT OUT
I wonder how many of you out there have had a similar problem like mine and been sent the wrong way either by your own ignorance or simply by putting up with the pain. I can tell you that it was such a surprise to find out that I was so “out of shape” – literally, and to be able to just click it back into place was, to me, quite amazing. The pain relief was actually that quick.

I do realise that there will be so many people out there who have been, and will be, putting up with the pains of such injuries and afflictions that can be so easily sorted (in many cases) in such a short time.

Actually, I consulted our resident osteopath, Les Bailey and he outlined the ease of fixing such a problem. He also explained that there are so many different types that were not so quick, but took a period of treatments before they could be sorted.

HOWEVER…
If you have any similar problems with your lower back, then please write in to us and we will try and assist if possible. You never know, you could be on the way to a very quick “mend” before you know it – I know I was.
