Hi Mick
Just looked in the mirror saw a fat balding guy looking back ! ex rugby player was fairly fit now with two teenage boys growing up running rings around me and looking much fitter now than me!
At 48 is it two late to reverse the beer belly and still build some muscle and definition !
Now got the time and money but not sure if gains im looking for are still achieveable. (Can i still put on lean muscle and definition)

Web site given to me from mate at the gym, i understand you have extensive knowledge of steriods and training and that i may need a miracle rather than guidance. Well at least im asking.

Have started back at a gym doing all over body work outs and cardio for last 3 months seen very little improvement after the first 6 weeks though have dropped some weight.

Hello mick this is Juned from india,i’m 25yrs of age been working out for a year now weighing at 84kgs i just started training for powerlifting so i’m primarily concerned with increasing my strength, have a bit of fat around the belly so getting rid of that would be an added advantage.Read your layman’s guide to steroids which i downloaded off the internet for free sorry for that hope you won’t mind.
I’ve never taken steroids before or any supplements which is real stupid of me i know anyways i was thinking of starting on a 8 week cycle with Andriol in pyramid style with clenbuterol and nolvadex and maybe add a jab of Sustanon 250mg a week.Wanted to seek your advice first about this stack or something else you would prefer.Eagerly hoping to get a reply from you soon.

hi mick,
wondering if you could advise me please ? i work 3×12 hour shift’s fri,sat and sunday’s and it is full on physical work using my arm’s and pushing up to 200kg container’s around the warehouse for up to 8 miles per day and only getting max 7 hour’s sleep, then i have 4 day’s off for training and recovery,i don’t seem to be growing as well as i used to before i started this job prob because as your book say’s overtraining and lack of rest,do you think i should do my training in to 3 day’s rather than 4 day’s.i have trained for 12 year’s on and of due to injury’s,done 3x cycles last one being 40mg dianabol a day for 6 week’s stacked with 200mg deca,250mg testabolin ethinate and 250mg testex for 10 week’s.two week’s off and then my pct clomid and tamoxifen and have kept 15 stone.my eating is good 300 gram’s protein per day and around 3,000 calorie’s.
best regard’s gary.
