Dear Mick,

I have already sent feedback on Laymans Guides but here is some other thoughts which I am sure you will already have heard and probably have strong feelings about too. Rumours are rife and many claim that some of the Supplement companies have got together and bullied many if not all of the re-sellers into signing highly constrictive contracts which effectively fix the prices of their products high. Luckily a lot of these products are shiiite! But some of these products are quite worthwhile and were available at a reasonable price if you knew the right channels…now only big name gyms and stores have access to these discounts. Sadly it appears that the greediest of the bunch of Supplement suppliers (and his monkeys) has decided to run the supplement business like Bill Gates runs Microsoft.

I will not mention any names, (but at least one could sound a bit like a taxi from Europe) but suffice it to say that I am investigating whether the Office of Fair Trading would be interested – after all if they can sue the makers of Monopoly and Argos for £0.5M for price fixing….!

So another nail in the coffin of amateur (and so ultimately professional too) body builders as rank profiteering takes over. It is at times like this that I am hoping the maverick ‘tell it the way it is’ Mick Hart rears his ugly head (apologies – no insult to Mick – it’s just a saying) and sends a few salvoes up some of these folks jacksies.
If you do, add some extra for good measure from me. It makes me mad that every @#?!*&* and *&%%$@# wants to kill off the sport, whether it’s government, supplement turkeys or the press… ‘Hands Off!’

I totally agree with you and it really fucks me off as much as it does you – and the rest of us. I will, as always, try to stand up for what I believe is right. But soon I fear that we ALL will be stumped if the government have their way. That being all standard supplements will only be available via your local chemist/pharmacy which will inevitably increase prices and make it against the law to buy your basic supps from ANYwhere else except from chemists. Me thinks that this will cause many problems, be assured of that. I will be writing a paper on it soon as I have all the information that I need.

I’m recovering from an operation on my shoulder; I tore a tendon in the back of my shoulder. I walked around with this problem for 2 years and a few month’s ago after all kinds of tests they found what really was wrong with my shoulder
(unbelieveble!) Anyway I had this operation a month ago and I want to go in the gym asap! Do you have any suggestions for me to recover asap because my docter tells me it’s gonna take like 6 month to recover!! I mean is there a quicker ay?….. tell me how,  I’m desperate!

Hi Milco,

I have the same problem and thankfully it is coming round a little better now. The only reason that this is so is because I have had to rest it as much as possible whenever I have had the chance. If you do not do this especially after an operation you could fuck the shoulder up big time and for much longer I can assure you.What I do is to take 200mg of deca on every 5th day which has helped a great deal. Also taking large amounts of cod liver oil as well; amazing stuff this also has helped. But on top of all the advice, the best that I can give is to be patient and take a rest knowing that the longer you can, the better it will be. I know that this is not what you want me to say, but it is fact my friend.

I am a 50 yr old bodybuilder in training and have recently been experiencing drops in strength and lack of ability to achieve personal bests any more, additionally I have also been suffering from a lack of libido. What would you recommend with regard to a short course with particular emphasis on my not experiencing any further negative side effects on my libido?

Hey Stuart,
Your question really asks me to ask one of you. Are you naturally feeling ANY loss of libido? If so then it is basically a question of natural testosterone loss that you are experiencing. It happens mate and to us all. But even if you are not losing any of your ‘nut’ bullets, then it still can be down to the lack of test.
I would suggest a cycle of 8 weeks eg using 250mg of SUSTANON every 7th day with 100mg of DECA in the same syringe to aid growth obviously and also assist any joint injuries that may be present. An addition to that, take ANDRIOL 40mg test caps; start dosage at about 3 per day for the first week, then take it up one day extra for each week to peak at the fourth week at around 5-6 caps per day. Of course the two weeks at 6 per day will have to be increased more than one cap – (well duh!)

This cycle is not over-the-top and will indeed put a little more lead in your pencil and you should (after a few days approx) feel the poundage’s come back and you will feel stronger.

Hi Mick,
Have sent feedback via other links, but will give this one a shot. My biggest problem is that for 30 years I have battled with that monster known as Chronic Fatigue Sydrome. A really simplistic title for a seriously life fucking health disorder. And the medical profession are as useful as tits on a bull.
The ONLY relief I am able to feel is when I have some serious suppliments. But I live in Australia where the puritanical fucking God Botherers have outlawed absolutely anything that even remotely sounds like Steroid.
Anyone with any brains and a wee grasp of history knows only too well that Govt. Enforced prohibitions only induce the mafioso type to take control, thereby leaving the honest dude who just wants to improve his lot as prey to having his product “Taxed” at the very least, or worse, being given a ‘product” from a backyard lab, which will probably send him blind and make his dick drop off if it does not fucking Kill him first.
Is there anyone out there who can help???

i have been training on and off for twenty years and at trhe ripe old age of 45 have really got the bit between my teeth, i have dropped 2st in weight and am now starting to put on size,my stack is 4m of sus a week, 2m of decca every 4 days 2 50mg methanabol tablets every day, and 5 iu’s of growth every time i train which is 6 days working on a 3 day split with what i’m using is this to much this will be for approx 10 weeks. have you got any advice ? one last thing how long can i take clembutarol for wi9thout a break, i’m on 5 a day for weight loss

hello mick, i just want to address a problem that i see doesn’t get answered very much and that is impotence related to steroids. i used to have a very healthy libido until i abused the hell out of my cypinate and some excellent prohormones. the promblem now is that my woody won’t stand a fighting chance unless i pop some viagra,just giving myself stated dosages of cypinate still won’t get it up and that’s what it’s suppose to be used for here in the states-hypogandisim!well i came across an excellent doctor here and his theory is that i have to high of estrogen that’s binding up my free test.as he calls it estrogen is the culprit of male sexual dysfunction because injections abruptly raise test to physiologic highs immediatly resuting in a high conversion of test to estrogen through aromatase enzyme! do you think i should take arimidex to lower my estrogen to free up my free test? what has been your experience in taking an anti-aromatase inhibitor as appose to anti-estrogen?

I’ve bought and read all your ebooks. Will do 6 wk. ‘bol cycle soon – my first. Recently dropped bodyfat from 22% to 14%. I am 73″ tall and 214 lbs, currently. I need some advice regarding where my bodyfat should be before cycle and is pct necessary after the recommended cycle – its not mentioned directly after the cycle in LG III. I have not counsulted with you on the phone yet and am not sure how to set this up. Thanks for your time.

What do you think of DNP versus alenbuterol/T# stack in regard to the pros and cons because I have heard of peoplel dropping their bodyfat percentage in half in the clen stack in 12 weeks which is supposedly safer than DNP. I know very little about either though.

I’ve been doing the same cycle for over six years (summer only) and been happy with my results but this year something seemed to change, I didn’t get the results I was pleased with. I’m wondering if it is age, since I’m older do I need to increase dosage? or can you recommend a cycle for the amateur at 38 Y.O. I’ve been training seriously since I was 25 so I can see changes in my body, I can’t lift as much, my joints hurt….what can I do?

Hi mick. I’m 21 YO, 6 foot and 215 lbs at about 14% BF. I have been training naturally for almost five years and even though my diet is impecable, my training is very high intensity every time i step into the gym and i get good sleep, i feel that it is time for a growth boost as my gains have slowed down cosiderably for the last year.
My eventual goal is to compete one day, i think just once as i want to keep my “gear” doses safe and not OTT as some people i know have done before even competing (I know a bodybuilder who uses 1000mg of sust a week + dianabol ~30mg /day and until i introduced him to PCT he had never heard of it… after 5 years on the gear his only source of info was, you guessed it, his dealer!). This is exactly the situation i want to avoid and i have read both laymans 1 and 2, and joined steroid encyclopaedia. However i think even there they are a bit OTT compared with the cycles you’ve described.
So i’d like some advice on my first cycle considering i can get hold of most gear, already have (though have not touched) dianabol, deca, test enanthate, HCG, clomid, clenbuterol, ephedrine, no nolva as i gave it to my mate for his very heavy cycle, though i can get more. I would like a cycle with good gains but was thinking to start with maybe an anavar course as it is a low androgen and has little side effects. But should i use it alone for quality mass gains or do you recommend stacking it with something else, or dropping it altogether for different gear with better gains?
Like i said, my eventual goal is to be ~240lbs with very low BF and HARD! I have patience and don’t need the gains to come so fucking fast my knob drops off in the process, i’d just like to see them coming.

Reading the above & various other info on your site mick,i have come to realise that there is so much to learn & still is. Even at 42 years of age. I dont think steroids are bad, in fact probably good as regards the state of the food that is supplied today. i have taken many different kinds & so called makes when i was younger, but always read up on types (micks underground steroid handbook) invaluable info back then. Iam still here & people tell me i dont look my age, but its not just about the gear, its about vits/training/mental fullfilment & goals. My advise is always be care full & patiant and you wont be disapointed. There are worse things out there to watch out for like, carcegenic paint fumes, sulpher rain & old people (sorry mum/dad), cheers oh

I am 5’8″ and I weigh 247 lbs. my body fat % is 34%. I have a lot of muscularity but way too much fat. What can I do to loose the fat as soon as possible and realize my goal of a 28 inch waistline. The classic bodybuilders of the Steve Reeves era had extremely small waist lines. My all time favorite bodybuilder is Frank Zane, and all of the modern day bodybuilders seem to have distended bellies and I don’t like this. I want a flat stomach similar to Zane’s. How do I get to this point as fast as possible.

Dear Mick,

I’m a 26 yr old half caucasian , half asian mix (Icelandic / Korean to be specific). I have always been strong and enjoyed pumping weights feeling the pain and gain. Blessed with very wide shoulder and big barrel chest and slim wrists / joints, make results look very good.

My question is regarding IGF-L3 and GH.

How do you consider them to the good ole steroids. Are they safer in your opinion?

I feel much better using IGF and GH. I currently live and work in South China where pharmaceutical grade IGF and GH is cheap and easy to come by.

I have had incredible results with IGF-L3, 100MCG per day – 4 weeks, gaining 30 pounds – 210 pounds, while at same time losing body fat.

What do you think about cycles of IGF L3 10 IU (100mcg) daily during four – six week cycles and then low dose 3 – 4 IU GH for a few weeks in til next IGF cycle.

I understand that IGF-L3 is a research drug, but, how do you stand on their safety – towards damaging health.

Please advice.

Hi Mick,
I have been involved in weight training/bodybuilding since I was 11years old.
I did my first comp in 1998 with Eugene Laviscount from Rossendale, Lancashire.
I’ve had shoulder problems in the past, but they seem to be okay now. While I was off and not visiting the gym because of the operations, I was told to try Deka for help with movement and recuperation. I did that about 2yrs a go and felt it did help and thought it worked on my shoulders.
Following its administration I had a reaction to it, both my hands and feet got ichy, then I got a rash that appeared on my shins the size of a pinheads. I went to my GP and they didnt know what it was, I had to take part in a biopsi , where they took a sample of skin to analyse. The result came back and it identified that I had taken steroids in my past. I was treated for the rash with a dermitite cream and it dissapeared, but now it’s back. I was just wondereing if you know of any medication that could help me wash the steroids from out of my system for good? Thanks Ian Howard

Ive been training for many years but my diet has been shit but sorted that out now, i need your advice on how to take T3/clen/stanazolol to burn fat.
I have 24% bodyfat and do cardio every day but ive bought these orals and dont know how to take them together?

If taking M1T what PCT would you recommend (I have been advised to use milk thistle) and what else should I take with it? also how and when should I take them? Can I still take L-Glutamine and Creatine whilst on this cycle?
