How many cycles a year?

Hi there

How many cycles would you suggest one can do per year, and still make progress?

Yes Mick. I have been taking waaaaay too much gear. I’m going to buy your Guides and get sensible. I’m ready to start a family soon and need to become an intelligent user. Not the type of nob you talk about, which I have been. Appreciate your input as it has helped me “grow up”.

Thanks Mick Mate

Hi Mick,

Thanks for taking the time to make these audio posts, as I understand from your web team you have stacks more ready to add on to the blog as soon as you know people are happy with the format, so I just want you to know that I think it’s great, you TWO thumbs up from me mate.

Cheers Mick,
Jerry

All the audios so far have been great Mick, I think I will be back here daily! It’s like the No Bull Collection Magazine but online. I have book marked this blog. I now have yours and Ricky Gervais’s site bookmarked :-)

Regards from France!

PS. Any idea what Zidane was on?

I really believe that if your going to listen to someone about excessive use of gear it has to be Mick Hart. I have heard many people say ‘OH’ you can go on a cycle all year round taking all sorts of stuff. My reply is “what about your balls, if you can do it for a year why not do it for two or three and see if your still standing”. Conversation allways ends short when I get advice of cons. Keep up the good work Mick!

Yours truly,
Ahmed
