PROUD OF IT!

Hi Mick,
I would like to thank you in advance for taking the time to help and provide information in your books and the NBC, which I am personally very grateful of, learning through trial and error. However, I would like to know your opinion in terms of both safety and growth on staying on a course for twelve weeks on and say two weeks off, and the gear consisting of a shot of sus, alternating with testoviron put together with deca every five days and a shot of viromone in between. If so, is it OK to take nolvadex every day for such periods or is it safer to take something like proviron instead to the same effect.

Thanks again
Kay One

Hay Kay,

No problems friend – a pleasure to be sure to be sure (sorry just got off the phone to my mate in Ireland!

You should have no problems staying on the gear for 12 weeks so long as you follow all the basic safety aspects. I personally prefer the 12 week cycles over any other really as the period allows me to alter and change things around, sort of experiment etc. But you have to adjust to how YOU react over such times. Some, for now, are preferring the shorter 4-6 weeks courses taking shit loads at one time at first then tapering down. NOT for me I am afraid.

Beginners doing this should be very careful indeed. Nolvadex is fine and a dead cert to take; proviron is my preferred choice at the moment as it is that little bit better at blocking the estrogen in my opinion AND it give my old “womb broom” a boost too!

Hi Mick,
Love the 3 day routine you gave me – 3 weeks out and already seeing great results. My question is if I continue to use the full body how do I hit other muscle areas like hamstrings or upper chest and side delts? Is there a routine I should alternate with or should I just stick with the one you gave me?

Yo Joe!
Stay with the program whatever you do. It is kicking butt at the moment and now is not the time to change it. The three day system that you are using is designed to work all body parts and the ones that you ask about will be worked during the course of the training. OK not as directly as leg curls or inclined pressing for the areas you talk about, but worked they will be.

Let’s get to a point where the gains stop, take a step back, then add to and alter as we see fit. Balance is in with the system and all will come right I can assure you. You need to stay on that system for about three months – that is a standard time for me to be honest.

Dear Mick,
First I have been working my ass off for 1 to 2 hours 5 to 6 days a week in the gym. I’m getting results but very slowly. And yes part of that is a huge overeating problem. I’m working on that also. I lift 1 to 1.5 hours everyday that I go to the gym. I also ride a stationary life cycle 20 to 25 minutes each day after my weight workout. My body temp runs a full 2 degrees lower then normal folks, mine temp is 96.6 F.

Are there any steroid cycles you can recommend that will help me gain muscle and increase my metabolism that you would recommend? How about a lifting routine? I was lifting moderate weights 10 to 12 reps with 3 or 4 sets. A friend suggested I start using as much weight as I could push for 5 reps and do 8 sets. I have been doing this about a week now. It gives me a pretty good workout.

If you feel I’m totally crazy and have no business here at all I will listen. But my feelings are one way or another I’m going to get into the shape I want to be in. no matter how long it takes. Being fat all my life has been the shits, I want change.

Hi Mate,
I will say of course you have a right to be here, but the good news is that what I am going to say WILL definitely help you. If your body is running at 2 degrees lower than normal you have a thyroid deficiency and therefore your body will NOT burn off the calories as it should. have you seen a doctor about this? If not then I suggest that you do.

BUT even if you haven’t, what we take, in the bodybuilding game, off the black market is T3′s. This boots our thyroid and we burn off fat quicker. Have you never heard of it? Bear this in mind Larry – and it is SO important… no matter HOW hard you work, with a thyroid problem your progress would/will be impaired.

I personally would go on the T3′s mate and bloody quick about it too! I admire that you have worked so hard, but sort out the food problem, and the thyroid and all what you do will be DOUBLY rewarded – you can look forward to that my friend.

POINT: any training system, mine OR yours will work but not as good unless your thyroid is sorted out. We will chat soon I am sure mate.

Train hard and be strong,
Mick Hart.
