Mick And More Answers The No Bull Style. (Part 2)

Hello Mr. Hart,
I am wondering if this may be a waste of time and money on my part in that I’m 55 years old, don’t really train, live a lousy life style because I work on the rail road and live on the road most of the time so sleep cycles are screwed up, diet is a mess, have access and a membership to a gym at my away from home terminal that I know I should use but don’t, so you see I’m not really motivate until I found out that gear may help. Can you help this out shape out of mind rookie and if so what type of program and cycle would you suggest, is their help for me.
Dave Barbeaux – e mail

Dear Dave,
You are going to think that this letter was sent with a lot of sarcasm mate – but you would be so very wrong. I have thought hard at your letter and I am going to LIST what you have to do. Please compare the answers to your letter my friend as this is important. Bear in mind that YOU have listed the problems first – then me. The ANSWERS to your problems and questions in order:

1. So you are 55? – change your lifestyle and start training simply because by doing so life WILL NOT seem so lousy my friend. YOU are in charge of what you are doing, so basically take charge and take over. This life is not a dress rehearsal mate, we/you have only ONE shot – miss and we/you are fucked! How can it be a waste of time and money, you have not seen the benefits of what getting into shape can bring you. 55 or what, you still have shit loads of time and life to be enjoying – so start now!

2. Gear can help but motivation and a bloody good reason will help even more. You have got to want it to be able to beat the shit out of yourself and get in shape. There is no easy way and no easy answer and gear will certainly help ONLY if you give it 100% at first; then the gear will only help as little as 5-10% anyway. It certainly is no easy way out my friend. Taking gear should be the last thing that you should be doing and when you do decide to take it – make sure that you have everything in place to say that all avenues have been covered. Okay so next time can we use the whole pill.

3. Having access to a gym and not using it is like, well, working on the rail road, having a free ride ticket and then walking home! It becomes pointless unless you use everything to it’s advantage. Think about it.

4. Have you got the Layman’s Guides books? If not contact custserv@mickhart.com and buy them. All the cycles are there, plus the training systems too; all can assist you without doubt, but none unless you are willing to kick ass and do something about it.
Are you giving up before you start? If so, no mate there is no hope at all. BUT if you actually sit down and think about what you want out of life – then yes, there is all the hope in the world and you WILL succeed without a single doubt.

Dave. Fuck the world! Fuck em all and get the job done mate! Get in shape, feel good, look good and show em all that for a 55 year old – you ain’t having ANYONE saying that you cannot do it! I know that you can.
Now – get on with the job and contact me when shit is happening. I will be happy to help and advise – but you have the work set out for you. DO the business mate!

Hi Mick,
I am 16 years of age, will 40mg of Anavar everyday for 6 weeks close off my growth plates or affect test levels?
Carl L – e-mail

Hi Carl,
Honestly? I would leave the gear out until at least 18 mate. Seriously, you are fucking with your natural hormone levels which will be bursting through the top of your head at the present mate. I know whay I am saying mate. Grow as natural as you can before going on the gear.

There are many kids out there who will not listen to this advice but they should; they have no idea (and neither do I) what problems gear at a young age can cause later on. You could slow or halt your natural growth – it has happened mate believe me. However if I cannot disuade you, and I bet I can’t, Anavar is quite safe – at least you have chosen a very low toxic one.

Hi Mick,
Well, after about two months of exposure to your No Bull magazine and related published materials, I can only conclude that it is intended for cynical bastards who cannot abide the tripe being purveyed under the name of “bodybuilding literature”, while in reality being a pack of hypocritical lies which ill conceal a blatant supplement sales pitch and moralistic anti-steroid bullshit.

I can further see that the No Bull is written largely for sick, drooling perverts with twisted sexual appetites and a taste for the bizarre, chauvinistic type of humor characteristic of those with an insatiable desire for the base pleasures of the flesh combined with the enjoyment of maintaining a body capable of taking utmost advantage of said pleasures.

In short, I LOVE IT. It suits my tastes to a “T”, as they say. One question, though, if you would permit a dumb Yankee a moment of ignorance; what in the blue, fucking world is/are “bollocks”?
JayJoeMar via e-mail

Hey Mate,
I was worried there for a moment :-) But seriously, thanks for your comments I really do appreciate them indeed. Bollocks!? Sorry I meant, “bollocks” are what we Brits call the nuts, gonads, testicles, knackers, the Sack – you know what I mean.

Now… Be careful.
