Hey Mick,
Just wanted to congratulate you on your great work with the Layman guides. To me, they have been and are extremely useful to adapt to my new bodybuilder lifestyle.
All what I read before was more or less bullshit when it came to steroids or just bla bla bla. I love that you give clear advice and tell us what adjustments including gear are necessary to be successful.
To me, this has fully paid out; I am now in my 4th week of my cycle, gained already 13 lbs and feel marvelous (including my sex drive where I was most concerned about that it would be affected by the juice).
Hope to get many many tips from you also in the future.
See you, bro
Best
Frank

Hi Mick
I’m here in Australia and have been training for nearly 5 years. I am 39 years old. I have made some solid gains but have not gained an ounce of muscle for the last year despite changing my routine and cleaning up my diet. My strength has also gone nowhere for the last year.
I have been able to get some test suspension from a good mate at pharmaceutucal company here that i am convinced is legit. I also got some l-carnitine with calcium piruvate injections from the same source.
The guys at the gym say that the l-carnitine with calcium piruvate is great for shedding that last layer of fat. I am planning on taking 500mg of test per week for 3 weeks and the l-carnitine with calcium piruvate only before I train which is 3 times per week.
What do you think? Getting decent gear here is tough. I have been natural from the start.
Cheers

Hey guys! and Mick. I am having a problem with hip and knee joint pain, will any of gear help this? If so of if not I would like to try a stack and for a 60 year old guy that goes to the gym at least 3 times a week and still plays in a 60 and over baseball league I could use some help. Thanks guys. Ron
