Sure mate. Here is how I would do it. One shot of testoviron every 5 days. You would have to do this because oxandrolone (Anavar) is pretty weak in comparison. For the two I would start on say 4 per day for the first week and move it up by two eg: 4, 6, 8, 10, 10, 8, 6, 4 for an eight week cycle Nolvadex suggested because of the tesoviron. Best to be safe mate.

I have been going to the gym for seven months now fairly regularly. Its only been the past three months when I have decided to take it seriously. When I first started I was shown the correct exercises and ways to lift the weights, and have been following the trainers program they set for me. Going to the gym and finding the motivation is no problem but I’m not really seeing any gains s such. I am putting this down to my diet.
I dont really know what are the right foods to eat. I am 9.5 stone (133lbs) at the present time, and have strained to put on the half stone these past months. Im naturally thin and hate it. I train three days a week. Monday, Wednesday and friday. Usually for an hour each time. I am 22 years of age.
The reason why I started researching steroids was the fact that it can help build you up. This seemed like a good idea. I have read in your articles that its not wise to start using the gear at an early stage and train for as long and hard as you can before even thinking about taking it.
What I want to do is just put some weight on this bloody skinny body. I eat anything in sight and my jobs not too active so I’m not running around like a madman all day. I must have a crazy metabolism. Any words of wisdom will be greatly appreciated.

Have you seen the Layman’s Guides books? If not I would suggest that you do, simply because you need to be doing two main things:
1. You HAVE to be trying to eat every three hours even though we know it is a hard thing to do. Drinking protein shakes is one way we know, but in your case snacking on literally ANYTHING will be fine because at 9.5 stone you have nothing to lose but all to gain. In fact FAT will do you more good at this stage than anything. It will also spare the protein to build muscle and assist the carbs in giving you energy.
2. You definitely need to get on the gear. I would suggest a start on dianabol as this steroid is perfect for beginners and it is also oral. As for your age, I feel that this is fine as it seems that you have used up all your cards and leaving it another 2 or 3 years will only be a waste of time. Ref the Layman’s Guides? The beginners course in there will be perfect for you mate. Guaranteed.
Also, go for the cycle EXACTLY as it states in the book!

Hi Eric,
The answer depends mostly on what she wants to do, ie train for mass or condition etc. I would never recommend that a woman go to heavy on the gear. If they do the side effects can be a lot worse than those a man could experience. Having said that, with careful usage she will have no problems. With the list that you have sent me, I would go for the following but of course NOT all at once:
Proviron – 2 per day max
Deca – 1 shot every 5-7 days – tops!
Winstrol – max at about 6 per day
Oxandrolone – to about 6-8 per day at the peak.
Other higher tests can be used for size and strength but as I have said, the chances of side effects increase with the higher the anabolic/androgenic gear. It’s your call mate, but be very careful. Bodybuilding fame may seem good, but when your gal borrows your razor not just for her legs because care was not taken earlier – things can be a little awkward to say the least!

my question is about my wife……29, blonde and beautiful LOL…..well not directly about my wife but……she wants to get pregnant……and im wondering about the effect of gear on this process…..lm guessing you will say stay off it until she is pregnant ?

I’ve been a devotee of yours for some time now. I bought the laymans’ guide I and II back in 1994 (I think it was). My question is; have they changed much since then (should I update my copies) or are they essentially the same. I ask this becasue the copies I have don’t look like the ones you advertise on the site.

I’m not sure if you can help me, but I figured your vast knowledge could lead me in the right direction for my problem. After a 20 year layoff I have returned to body building scene and starting to love it all over again. I have been at it for 7 years straight and have seen some decent gains. But, I feel I have not achieved the overall mass and size I should after this time. My doctor 5 years ago diagnosed me with low test and since then have been on Test Depo shots of 175mg every 8 days for the past 2 years. He told me I am wasting my time trying to gain because this is the primary reason why I won’t be avble to reach my goals. So, is there any specific steriod or cycle you could recommend I take to gain more lean mass? I woul dlove to prove him wrong!

I am 46 years old and have been training hard naturally for 29 years. I did my first cycle last April and got the AAS from a “so called” gym buddy. It cost me over 3K and most of the stuff was low dosed/bunk. I found another souce, UG lab, and now are not sure if this stuff is dosed properly. I have experienced zits on my back, hairloss, night sweats, injection site pain, itchy nipples, etc. What a learning esxperience. Are there any AAS that do not promote hair loss in men that have the genetic predisposition. Also, does you layman’s guide provide suggested sources for human grade AAS?

Hi Mick, I’m an insulin dependent diabetic and take 4 or 5 injections per day. A doctor told me I have no need for either supplements or gear as everything I need is in the insulin. Some guys even asked me if I could supply them with insulin even though they’re not diabetic. My body weight has risen steadily from 82kg to a steady 95kg in the last four years since taking insulin. I was at 98kg but it wasn’t all good weight. I don’t always train as regularly as I should but when I train, then hard with mostly free weights to get as many muscles pumped as possible and I make great improvements real quick. Now to my question. Could I use my insulin to my advantage, if yes, is there is a set rule? My diabetic control is good and I judge pretty well how much insulin I need for what I’m chompin’ on. As you read, I take enough injections in one day and don’t really fancy adding to it. But at 6′ 2″ I need a bit more mass. I’m now 37, and been training for longer than I dare to admit and the once speedy metabalism is slowly swappin’ the inliners for a pair moses’ boots, so bad weight can creep in there before you know it. Help me out on this one Mick if you can. Cheers and keep up the good work

Just wonderin what a good cycle for a newbie user would be. I never went on any gear before but im looking to gain around 20 lbs. Im 5’11 170 lbs. Im only 18 so do you think that going on a cycle would be the way to go? I plan on playing semi-pro football so i need the additional weight but I’m not trying to lose any of my speed. Come next year I plan on enetering a couple of 18-19 yr old body building competitions and hopefully move into NPC. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

i am quite heavy actually 147 however i started exercise and diet and have brought it down to 133 in 6 mths however i am using ECA stack and chromium also. I want advise on should i take anabolics. I had exercised at age 23 for 2 yrs did not built muscle though exercised for 4 hrs a day than left it now iam 30 and exercising weights for 2 hrs since 6 mths because of good coaching some muscle i can see but i want more improvement pls suggest
I purchased your Laymans Guide 3: Return of the Syringe. I must say it’s everything I was looking for and more for a total beginner. However, I am unclear as to WHEN to take the Nolvadex and Proviron, since my biggest concern is to do this safely.
You mention “from at least week two” but is that daily at the specified dosage? Also I am confused on your chart as to why the first Monday of the 1st cycle and the last Monday on the 1st cycle says mg/db. What is the DB? Is that short for Dianabol?
