<p>My friend, I am afraid that I am going to have to tell you that in no way have I ever known anyone to have grown any extra length on their penis with the use of <a class="ld_link" href="	http://www.bodybuildingandanabolicsteroids.com" target="_self" title="steroids">steroids</a> in any form &#8211; ever!</p>
<p>If this were so, then with the amount of <a class="ld_link" href="	http://www.bodybuildingandanabolicsteroids.com" target="_self" title="steroids">steroids</a> that I and my colleagues and friends have taken over the years, our combined penis length would reach to the moon and back &#8211; obviously mine being the main stay of the reach (snigger).</p>
<p>I am sorry to disappoint you but the only way for you to increase your penis length is one of two ways that I can think of at the moment.</p>
<p>One would be to ask one of those beautiful Brazilian ladies to pull on it regularly and with some vigour, the second would be to tie a considerable sized dumbbell to the end and drop it off out of your bedroom window (please do not try this at home due to humorous instruction of course).</p>
<p>However, the shrinking of the balls (testicles) could occur with the over use of steroids that would cause the increase in estrogen and therefore your plums (testicles) would see no reason for hanging about. Bye bye plums.</p>
<p>So the sad situation would be thus: should you have an inadequate penis and then suffer the problem of shrinking nuts then I can see that the future would not only look bleak but you would in fact start to look good in a bikini. Whatever the outcome, not a happy chappy you will be.</p>
<p>In short (no pun intended), I would not look to steroids for any extra length of penis size but to either medical assistance or refer to the &#8220;pretty lady&#8221; option.</p>
<p>I do know that regular use of the penis will assist in the size issue as time goes on. If not, I can assure you that you will enjoy the period of time, I know I would.</p>

<p>I enclose a picture of a guy who has just contacted me from way down under in New Zealand &#8211; his name is Dieter Horn (pic enc.) and he is 75 years young, been training for 15 years now so simple maths tells us that he started when he was 60! is that now proof enough. I am well impressed with this guy.</p>
<p>I will be featuring him in my next book which will be out soon as its main theme is training for the older man and he is a perfect example of what I have been trying to explain therein.</p>
<p>Now, if there is anyone out there who has a similar story, or who has any photo/s that they feel would fit perfectly into this category then let me have them and I will gladly use.</p>
<p>In fact, most of you are aware of the NO BULL magazine and its approach and with that if there is ANYTHING that you feel would fit in there please contact me at my office or email me mick@mickhart.com of course.</p>

<p>If you mean &#8220;permanent&#8221; in the sense of <a class="ld_link" href="http://www.bodybuildingandanabolicsteroids.com" target="_self" title="taking steroids">taking steroids</a> and the muscle gained is permanent then the answer will be (eventually) no, that is if you stop training. This is obvious because if that is the case then the muscles would not be receiving any stimulation and therefore would not grow. As I said in this case the answer would be no. The muscles would however take a considerable time to decrease in size and condition but without stimulation I can assure you.</p>
<p>On the other hand, if you build up the muscles to the degree that satisfies you and then you even so slightly train them a few days a week then the gains should stay with you that much longer.</p>
<p>You see when we use <a class="ld_link" href="	http://www.bodybuildingandanabolicsteroids.com" target="_self" title="steroids">steroids</a> and train we only stimulate the fibres that give the impression of size in a sense and not actually increase the amount of muscle tissue. We increase the size of what we have and not the amount.</p>

<p>But of late I have seen cycles on the net as long as 6 months, a year and on one occasion that was suggested that a guy stayed on for almost a year and a half! why has the length of cycles grown so much and are they safe? Confusing to say the least I&#8217;d say.</p>

<p>The scary thing about this is that your question has indeed fact and that cycle’s of 12 months and 18 months are I am afraid around and in use at this time. The short answer in my opinion is that I am saddened to see it although I did predict it a few years ago.</p>
<p>There are so many reasons as to why this has happened and one of those has been initiated by a few of these impatient nob cheeses that simply cannot wait and have to have the results like NOW! With this impatience we only have to look back to their diet and gear intake. You could ask that I didn’t mention training? </p>
<p>Well there was good reason for this. I have seen so many different cycles over the years from impatient men and women who have simply put ALL of the emphasis on the amount of gear that they put in regardless of the consequences and as the gear got weaker and weaker, their sources got less and less with no real questions asked about where the gear came from in the first place. So a lot of them were forced to increase cycle length in the vain hope that this would compensate ever decreasing gear level quality.</p>
<p>This has obviously proliferated into a fad that I am afraid has seen some fatal consequences this last year past and more. Bodybuilders who were said to have died of direct steroid use at one time had, nine times out of ten, created other problems that were related to the pressures of training, diet and so forth &#8211; the ins and outs of <a class="ld_link" href="http://www.bodybuildingandanabolicsteroids.com" target="_self" title="bodybuilding">bodybuilding</a> pressures. It happened&#8230;</p>
<p>Pressures of training regimes and strictly controlled diets channelled bodybuilders into other forms of stress relief that took away the monotony, the repetitiveness of same old same odds etc. I myself was guilty of this at one time and most of us if we admit it would say the same.</p>
<p>So to summarize I would say with the most utmost seriousness that to use <a class="ld_link" href="	http://www.bodybuildingandanabolicsteroids.com" target="_self" title="steroids">steroids</a> based on tried and tested SAFE methods for years on years and to have no problems with an 8-10 week cycle as an example only to change that proven method to push one’s body into a minimum 12 month cycle is beyond me and should be beyond you. </p>
<p>I know that we can only progress by trial and error, test and record, self experimentation etc, I have no argument with that but when the changes are SO vast as in a 10 week cycle to just to a 52 or even worse a 78 WEEK one is absolutely fucking out of this world on the &#8220;MAKE ME UNDERSTAND&#8221; scale especially when people are dying as a direct result! FFS these total nob heads that announce these cycles do so not only risking their own lives but that of the ignorant that search out and read them.</p>
<p>I ask that anyone please consider the vast changes that such time length increases can bring in the form of damage and even before that the problems of major shut-down such cycle lengths can give. My God think of the dick shrinkage Your balls would be pea size and any chance of a hard on would be most probably be where the erection goes backwards! I shudder to think.</p>
<p>Stay where you know you are safe. Let these twats get on with their year long ON cycles. Question all and everything until YOU know that you are sure and feel safe. Last thing is most important in my opinion: Do NOT be worried what the IN crowd does, be bothered what YOU do.</p>
<p>Mark my words, seriously because your life could depend on the decisions you make after reading these stupid shit length cycles.</p>

<p></em>Just a quick question. I will be running the cycle you lay out in your Layman&#8217;s guide 1 with the sustanon and deca. My question is; I understand that we should run 10mg of tamoxifen during the cycle but do we stop the Nolva once we stop the cycle or does it continue?? Also, in the first guide you say to take 10mg daily, then in the second guide you say to take 20mg/daily? I always assumed that a pct cycle should continue past the end of a steroid cycle? Please explain.</p>
<p>Btw, love the guides and am looking forward to the cycle.</p>
<p>Ps. Is it imperative to have blood work done frequently throughout the cycle, or can I avoid it?</p>

<p>Nolvadex at 10 or 20 mg really depends on the amount of gear that you take &#8211; or rather it used to back then. I suggest 20 mg daily to cover yourself &#8211; it wont hurt the extra but quite the contrary.</p>
<p>PCT is for the end of a cycle and nolvadex is ALWAYS during &#8211; nolvadex is a preventer NOT a  cure. If you have any gyna problems and have not taken Nolvadex then it is too late.</p>
<p>PCT usually continues for about 3 weeks after a cycle IF needed and I stress the word IF.</p>
<p>Blood work? Personal choice mate to be honest &#8211; that is down to you. Again, knowing ahead of time is always a bonus but the looks you get and the hassle you receive I used to think fuck em to be honest.</p>

This is not a wind up, it is an actual e-mail letter from a guy who replied to a request from my Web Team for the readers opinions on one of my books. The book in This is not a wind up; but an actual e-mail letter from a guy who replied to a request from my Web Team for opinions on one of my books.</strong></p>
<p><strong>The book in question is called &#8220;Tears on a Keyboard&#8221; and it is a true life account of what ACTUALLY happened to me personally and the 3 year plus addiction hell that I went through with GHB. When I was using this, I also thought that GHB was not that bad too. I was going to go into all the details of how and why in a more mature, sensible manner, but the way that the question was put deserves a more, &#8220;concentrated&#8221; and direct approach.</strong></p>
<p><strong>My Reply: -</strong> Hey Patrick, I bet you&#8217;re Mother and Father are not married; which would certainly explain a few things and make this reply much easier for me to compile. You see, I am assuming several things here of which I will explain in brief.</p>
<p>You are a user of GHB and no matter what you see, read or hear you will NEVER believe that &#8216;G&#8217; is bad for you. You will also be nearing a state of no return and that YOU know that you are not strong enough to kick the habit. I was. Then what will happen is that when supplies of the stuff get low (on occasion), you will turn to the booze. Why? Well it is a known fact that nearly ALL GHB users, present or past, turn to booze because the high that you get is so very similar.</p>
<p>Then the supplies will pick up again, the result will be that you will have TWO problems to contend with, &#8220;G&#8221; AND booze. The problem is then doubled; well until you mover onto the next phase which will be another &#8220;safety&#8221; backup, maybe something like Cocaine. I know because I went from a small amount of &#8220;G&#8221; to a larger amount, then added TWO litres of Vodka a night, then onto cocaine; OK not a lot, but it was enough to make me think that I was going to die soon &#8211; just like you will.</p>
<p>We have nice furniture for your living room!</p>
<p>You think I am talking shit again do you? If so please make sure that someone reads this reply so that when you are dead, they can send a letter to me to tell me that I was right. I will actually be sad… and if you believe that then you will believe that I am now your friend. NOT!</p>

They saw me nearly dying on several occasions and if it was not for the fact that I am a strong man AND the fact that they helped me through it, I would not be here now. You have absolutely NO conception of what lies ahead for you mate, now do you? OK you get high. OK sex is good on GHB. OK you&#8217;re breathing stops. OK you start to smell with the tremendous amount of water that you sweat out of your body through dehydration. Does that sound OK to you? &#8211; The sauna is an exciting place to furnish.</p>

<p>I have a couple questions for you and not sure if you have come across this question/issue before, but I am sure it is quite common. I know you aren&#8217;t a medical doctor or specialist in fertility after <a class="ld_link" href="	http://www.bodybuildingandanabolicsteroids.com" target="_self" title="steroids">steroids</a>, but I also know your breadth of knowledge is vast, so I figured I would ask.</p>
<p>Before I bought and read your Layman&#8217;s Guides, I did 3 or 4 pretty heavy cycles, or I should say heavy compared to anything I had done before. I had taken a few basic cycles of Cypionate in my early 20&#8242;s, but the cycles I took from age 34 to 36 consisted of two heavy bulking cycles (500 MG of Test Enanthate, 400 MG Deca, Winstrol Orals) then two hardening cycles (Mixture of Parabolan, Deca, Winstral Orals and Anavar).</p>
<p>After a year, I decided to stop, and I didn&#8217;t do a post therapy of Nolvadex, Clomid, HCG, etc, so I was horribly tired, low sex drive, low mood, etc. I went to the doctor and my testosterone levels were 90! I then went on Androgel, which brought them back up strong (1080 levels within 3 months), but then I decided to get off the gel and see if I could bring back my natural levels to a reasonable range.</p>
<p>After 9 months, I was only up to 250, which is at the lower end of normal range (250 to 1000 is the range). So, I went to a specialist (endocrinologist) who asked me if I wanted to have kids and I said yes, preferably I would. He sent me for a sperm analysis and I came back at 1 million count, which is extremely low.</p>
<p>He then put me on HCG for 6 weeks to see if that would kick start my natural levels, but there was no change in my test levels, so he determined the problem isn&#8217;t with my pituitary, but with my testes. He said the chances of me having kids are very slim&#8230;possibly with in vitro or other methods, but that&#8217;s only a slim chance. Since I want to feel good for now, have good energy, sex drive, etc., he put me on injectable test cypionate, 200MG once a week injections. Obviously while I am on the external testosterone, the body shuts down its natural production of test and sperm supposedly goes to zero.</p>
<p>My question is, will I ever be able to get off the external testosterone if the HCG didn&#8217;t work and my natural levels aren&#8217;t able to rebound? And is there any chance down the road of bringing my fertility/sperm count back to where I can potentially have kids? Also, since I am on test now, I guess it wouldn&#8217;t hurt if I through in a little winstrol or anavar to harden up, would it?</p>

<p>This should be a tough one to answer but in fact it drops into ten category of &#8220;whoaa &#8211; drop everything&#8221;. What I mean is that there is every chance that your test levels will come back to normal, they were once and so I firmly believe that they will be again. However, it is due to the fact that using the gear has depleted your test levels and the taking of more could very well reduce them again or at the very least prolong the recovery process which I am sure can and will happen.</p>
<p>The doctor has added a certain amount of &#8220;outside&#8221; test to help vivify your own levels which is something that I would have suggested and on most occasions have. But&#8230; I would be very wary of pushing the boat out to far and adding more simply because IF by doing so you stand a chance of lowering your levels even further in fact to a possible point of no return then I would say no don&#8217;t &#8211; that is if having kids is not a priority</p>
<p>To be fair to my answer, that choice is up to you mate. Muscles are ok but a family is better.</p>

<p>I&#8217;m fairly new to weight training and have been reasonably fit throughout my life, well until my office job. I&#8217;m now 43, and decided to take a good look at myself, having spent too long on my fat dish in the office environment. I&#8217;ve been banging it in at the gym hard, seeking advice from guys you can trust with regards to routines and diet. I&#8217;ve lost 32lb in fat and gained some good solid muscle, I feel brand new and have shed loads of energy.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ve been training for 7 months now and do both aerobic and anaerobic exercise. Now here&#8217;s my problem&#8230;.I had a slight pain in my left elbow&#8230;I know you&#8217;ve guessed it already&#8230;people told me it was tennis or golfers elbow, and that the best routine would be to avoid exercises like lat pull downs/pull ups and curls that seemed to aggravate the condition. This I did and warmed up well to get the blood pumping through this area with light, and I mean light exercises before I hit my routine. Anyway&#8230;.the problem has progressed and a trip to the quacks had me diagnosed with both Tennis and Golfer&#8217;s elbow&#8230;yes both&#8230;it sucks.</p>
<p>I&#8217;m gutted mate&#8230;..it&#8217;s knocked me sideways and I&#8217;m getting all frustrated with the lack of exercise I can do&#8230;I&#8217;m considering just hitting the gym for squats&#8230;I have read your recent article ref squats and growth and know this is at least a good place to tick over. I was wondering if you have known people with this problem and could you suggest a routine or way round this, so at least I can keep training without doing more damage. My elbow is murder, although better, it&#8217;s still susceptible to actions that require leverage at a distance. I couldn&#8217;t even change gear in the car at first, the Doc says I may need a cortisone injection&#8230;what can you advise if possible. I am doing the exercises for these probs, stretching etc and have worn the brace</p>
<p>I&#8217;m 5&#8217;11&#8243; 195lb and BF approx 18%. I&#8217;m mad keen and just don&#8217;t want to waste away to a fat lardy bloke again. Is it just a matter of time and recovery?</p>

<p>OK this may seem a quick reply but it truly is the answer and I can assure you that you need to do it because if you do not the problem will NOT go away for some considerable time.</p>
<p>Stop all heavy lifting at the gym for 1 month &#8211; period! Use the gym or your free time to work on your cardio and fitness. You will NOT lose muscle or shrink but you will suffer more unless you rest that elbow. I know because i was fighting the same problem for years.</p>
<p>Run, walk, cycle, swim &#8211; and that&#8217;s it! You will feel a difference if you rest for this time at least.</p>
<p>This will do the job &#8211; now its up to you.</p>
<p>Simple but effective</p>

<p>I&#8217;ve been having mild problems with my elbows for a while now. After a bit of online investigation all the symptoms point to Tennis or Rather Golfers elbow in my case as the elbows are effected on the inside of the arm. The pain extends to the muscle in the forearm and has recently caused me to have difficulty lifting anything heavy. I have ordered a couple of elbow supports to try and help but my main question is have any of you trained with this problem and how did you get round it? Apparently it can take up to year to come right but meanwhile I still want to train my arms etc.</p>

<p>Sadly yes I have had this problem for years as have many of us and it is a pain in the er elbow to say the least. Truth be told the only way to heal this problem fully is to rest it for as long as possible. Now that is the answer that we don&#8217;t want to hear admitted but in truth it is THE only real way for it to heal fully.</p>
<p>However, you and I know that you will not fully rest it so there has to be alternatives that you can do to at least ease the problem and there are.</p>
<p>Of course elbow pads will help, they do me a great deal and hot and cold heat treatment is also a bonus because it helps to increase the blood flow through that area and fresh blood will clean the damaged tissue resulting in a cleaner heal. All these things will help with time AND lower intensity in your training too.</p>
<p>Dropping the heavy weights for a time and using lighter, faster movements will greatly increase the blood flow a major factor in the recovery process &#8211; this must be noted.</p>
<p>From a more personal point I found that training lighter and more carefully through the problem did eventually ease enough to assist the healing at a faster rate &#8211; mainly because I am a stubborn bastard at the end of the day</p>

<p>The &#8220;Split&#8221; systems can vary so much but in this case and for the record the split would be as follows:</p>
<p>You would train on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday then the particular rest day in this case and for this part of the week would be the Thursday of course. Now after this rest day on this week you would then start the circuit again on the Friday and include the Saturday and Sunday off &#8211; the next rest day would fall on the Monday etc.</p>
<p>The example for two weeks etc would be:</p>
<p>Train Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, REST THURSDAY followed by: Train Friday, Saturday and Sunday REST MONDAY followed by: Train Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday REST FRIDAY followed by: Train Saturday, Sunday and Monday REST TUESDAY&#8230;</p>
<p>This particular system suits me down to the ground when I use it because it also brings some variety into my training week fueled by the variety that the different days can give plus the energy levels will ebb different most occasions. This variety can help boost a workout in my opinion as it prevents them from becoming to stale through boredom &#8211; &#8220;same day &#8211; different shit&#8221; type of thing.</p>
<p>Another point about this type of split is that it allows me to change the training system from a dual part to a single body-part a day system if I want &#8211; for the larger groups that is anyway. I can add such body-parts as leg biceps and calves into as I see fit. I like this type of system a lot. zero to British Championship qualifier in less than 1 year.</p>

<p><font face="Verdana" size="2">I almost lost all my teeth with the infection and ended                up in casualty at the royal hospital in Melbourne a few times. Not                nice at all. If you do take any vet stuff and start to show                symptoms of bad flu stop them all immediately. It may very well                just be flu with a lowered immune system from the testosterone                but it may also be a systemic infection as well. Don&#8217;t risk it if                you show any symptoms at all.</font></p>
<p><font face="Verdana" size="2">So the answer is to be careful in OZ as there is good and bad.                Because of the big cattle industry there is a hell of a lot of                cheap vet <a class="ld_link" href="	http://www.bodybuildingandanabolicsteroids.com" target="_self" title="steroids">steroids</a> about. Most is similar quality to human stuff                but as always be very careful. If in doubt and you have the money                get the human stuff! If you have to get the vet stuff put the vial                in real hot water for 5 mins then let it cool before injecting. Mr Borrenson swore by this                technique (but how come he got an infection when he injected in                his delt years ago?).</font></p>
<p><font face="Verdana" size="2">Personally, now I always get human <a class="ld_link" href="	http://www.bodybuildingandanabolicsteroids.com" target="_self" title="steroids">steroids</a>                but if you can only afford vet stuff your 99% fine but there is a                small element of risk so just think about it first. </font>                              <font face="Verdana" size="2">Oh yeah you can get clenbuterol in                KG feed tubs in OZ but make sure you know the difference between                micro and milligrams first or you will shake so much all your                fillings will fall out&#8230; I had to get beta-blockers for one young                lad before he died from an overdose once in OZ and I recently read                that even Pro&#8217;s like Lee Priest can miss-judge dosages with that                powder and get the jitters bad.</font></p>
<p><font face="Verdana" size="2">The vet <a class="ld_link" href="	http://www.bodybuildingandanabolicsteroids.com" target="_self" title="steroids">steroids</a> are usually as strong as human ones mg for mg.                The only worry I had was, as you all would think. Hygiene. But                then again they are now almost as good as human ones. An irate                farmer whose prize breeding bull has copped an infection from a                contaminated steroid vial is as quick with a lawyer as your                average 100meter sprinter nowadays (think about it).</font></p>
<p><font face="Verdana" size="2"> Do not worry though. Whatever you do you will not catch mad cow                disease from injecting any type of steroids. (Old Growth hormone                maybe?) So any frothing at the mouth or insanity, well you cant                blame the steroids for that!<br />

Honestly I don&#8217;t know what I would have done without them. I trained naturally for two years with some progress.</p>
<p>In the last year taking your advice I came from 195lbs to 215lbs and dropped to about 11% body fat which was my main goal, seeing how I was pushing 20%. I feel better, look better, even sex is better. Thanks for helping me understand how to live like I&#8217;m young again being that I am only 34. My last thing is a question I have my computer crashed and I lost you e-books (Layman&#8217;s guide 1,2,3, and the Chris report, and was wondering if it was possible to send me the link so that I may download them again? I&#8217;ve read them all 4 times, but still like to reference them.</p>

<p>I&#8217;ve read 1 2 &#038; 3 of the Layman&#8217;s Guilds and Tears on my keyboard! I&#8217;d just like to say thank you for writing these books. If I had to depend on the big Wanker dealer down the gym I think I would be in deep SHIT. He&#8217;s on insulin and GHB and thinks this is OK. If it wasn&#8217;t for your books I may have thought these things were OK too. I have now just started my second cycle and looking forward to the results and thanks for confirming over the phone my cycle was a good one.</p>
