Hi Mick,
I’m a 45 year old male in good shape, with a lot more energy that I can remember. Morning workouts seems to be the key for me now. Strong, great dedication, love to workout and love to Spin. I have read the “Mags” and bought the products like you have said that we do. I’m to a certain point, now that as most all the other questions you receive, is how to cut-up and lower the body fat. I’m a tournament water skier and my size seems to hinder me.
I also want the elusive six-pack and to loose two inches off my waist. Mick, I’ve tried all the stacks from everyone, all the proteins, and they have taken me to a point……….a size that I like….but now…..I feel it is time to try something different….I’m lost in my next step, and I need guidance. With the birth of the web we can find out about a lot of the other ways to lower one’s body fat.
Cytomel, Clenbuterol, Triacana, Thiomucase, Winstrol, Primobal Acetate, Diueretics, Super ECA stacks. I’ m totally new to this, never have I tried to obtain any gear. I don’t want to get into any hard “Gear,” but I do want to know more about it. I have mentioned or are there any other non-gear products that I don’t know about that will cut me up and as you say,”will ripped the fat off you faster that a prostitute will ripped your knickers off.
SAFETY SAFETY SAFETY…… It’s not that important to me look the way I want and suffer permanent damage to my body….Thats why I’m looking at the T4-T3 stuff. Are they safe? Long term effects? Will it wreck my thyroid? What’s a good stack for me? How long should I take them? What’s a good mix of them?
Also should I be working my abs with or without weights. I’ve heard that working with weights on your abs could “bulge ” the abs? I like the Swiss ball and I can feel my abs are strong. I know that abs are made by diet. What is the right way for me?
I know a lot of questions Mick, but you were the first person on the web to offer this. As you can see I want and need the information.
Thanks again Mick,
Joe
Hi Joe,
Sounds like you have the fitness side of things sorted out, but if you are worried about the excess body fat I would take a look at the carbs that you are taking in and when. This will have to be carefully monitored as your sport asks a lot of the body energy wise so again be careful what you delete.
Make sure that you carb up well before training or skiing as you may know, but not to many late at night. It is a bit difficult to advise any further here as I have not seen the layout to your diet. No matter, the principles are the same, no late night HEAVY carbs to sleep on.
As for training the abs. I have never been a fan of sit ups as it DOES bulge out the upper abdomen if done incorrectly, most get this wrong. Stick with the ball and add a couple of days punch bag training, this will help burn off a little more body fat plus help a lot in your sport.
Remember this rule – NEVER WORK OUT ABS WITH EXTRA WEIGHT – think about this, you lift heavy weights to build arms yes? Same will go for the abs – more weight, bigger abs, but not ripped! Diet gets abs ripped not weights!
ECA?
This is ok on a four week on and one week off basis really, I would recommend that only. T3′s are great, but you MUST come off after a month – have a week off and then you can go back on again. If you don’t do this and say stay on for three months or more longer, you could get to a point where you will have to use them for life – you must have that week off – period!
Personally I prefer using growth hormone with T3′s – this gets me ripped to shit and builds at the same time.
This has helped.
God Bless Mate.

Mick,
I agree 100% with GH and T3 stack, i use this sevral times through out the year and combined with good protien and a little sus for best effect. My question is, since the Bejing Olimpicss i have not been able to get any GH, can you advice/recomend a good source?.
best regards,
Stuart
