Dear Mick,
Me & my girlfriend have been trying for a baby without results and have just been told I have a lowish sperm count – what is the best thing (ie steroid etc) that I could buy that would help this problem. Also as I suffer from a slight posture problem, could you recommend a good exercise that trains the gluteals + transversus ab’s (poss’ even lower ab’s) at the same time, preferably one that also works the spine into extension, so I can strengthen my posture.
Paul.

Hi Paul,
Sorry mate, I am not very good at sperm counts as when people send samples through the post in an envelope, I tend to lose count! (Sorry mate, could not resist that one) – ahem! Taking steroids does not normally increase the sperm count and if dosages are abused they can actually decrease them I am afraid to say.

However, if you were to use say ANDRIOL (which is one of the safest steroids) then it can increase your libido, you know make you more randy. Then even though your sperm count is low, there will be a better chance of your girl getting pregnant due to the increased “regularity”, if you know what I mean.

Sustanon is well known for boosting the sex drive even though it is slightly higher. Some doctors have prescribed this for the said problem I believe. Your posture? I would advise those Hanging Boots (I think some call them anti-grav boots) that you can fit to your feet and suspend yourself from a chinning bar or something similar.

I have these boots and they stretch my spine quite well as I have a lower back problem too. But in the main, a balanced training system is advised to make sure that all the body is trained equally. If you do not do this and concentrate say on the lower abs and glutes alone, you can make the problem worse and also create new ones. Be careful here

Hey Mick
New user here – I’m 32. My friend and I just got done about 3 weeks ago with a 8 week cycle of up to 500 Sustanon, Winstrol 50 tabs and Deca 250. We used Proviron and are coming back with Clomid during the downtime for the next 3 weeks. I gained about 40lbs on the bench, 13lbs of solid mass and got increased striations.

I haven’t lost any of it so far except for a cuts. I need to know if HGH is a safe tool for the next go-round. We are planning a stack of Anavar moving to the addition of Sustanon/Deca and hopefully HGH. I am worried about acro-megaly, organ overgrowth and possible bone growth. How do we avoid this? Is it a risk? Also, Will all joints actually grow meaning a former spine fusion will separate? I got a cspine fusion at c5-6-7 after a sports accident 10 yrs ago.

Also what amount/duration and period should we consider to incorporate in this next 6-8 week cycle? Also will HGH be a possibility for my Dad who is 75 and having knee problems, such that he will soon have to quit farming. I would love to be able to help him and HGH seems to have some great properties. Thanks for all you help! Your informative guidance is furthering the dreams of many.
