Tears on a Keyboard

Hi Mick

A bit of feedback for you as requested, I have been running a gym now for quite a few years, and have found your Layman’s guides to be fantastic reference books when dealing with the chemically assisted, Have watched all my clients maintain good, steady growth without a set of 34 DD’s in sight, what more could I ask.

Tears on a keyboard, highly recommended reading for all the ‘immortals’ out there, down to earth with a bump, see it all to often.

Enjoyed the Chris report, always nice to see a plan come together with a lad willing to put the hours in, good result, good looking lad, obviously takes after his mom!

And for me personally, I love a bit of No Bull, just the way I like it, and just realised that my e mail contains a distinct lack of profanity and insults, so bollocks to that you fat, hairy backed, f’kin slap head!

In all seriousness Mick, wonderful service, helped a lot of people reach their goals and saved a lot of people a lot of pain, keep telling it like it is.

Regards
Steff.

God Bless You Guys
