The No Bull Member’s Board

I joined the members board ‘cos I was sick of all the bullshit & conflicting information I got. The board is brilliant, so much experience in so many bodybuilding, power-lifting related areas that you know the information is top quality! Also a great camaraderie between the members too!

Mick is always willing to take some time out to answer questions, even chatting to me on the phone when it was obvious that he was snowed under with work!

The info u receive is, NHB, No Bull truth! On the back of joining the forum I also purchased the Laymans Guides & No Bull Collection, which are both packed full of the same quality info!

Highly recommended to anyone and everyone that is interested in building a better body!

Crsze, Manchester, UK

God Bless,
Mick.

Dear Sir,
I am a 46 yr old Powerlifter/ Body builder. I had given up on every thing and was literally leading a serene soft life for 4 yrs as a doctor had fucked up my health by giving a wrong judgement on my health and giving me a wrong injection and pills to counter a heart problem(Which in the 1st place i did not have). in one month i lost about 20 kg ie abt 45 lbs.
But after reading your articles on the net and having ur mags(i used to buy them at the weider shop at Charring cross underground shop in london.
Ur laymans guide is nothing less than phenominal and simple to understand with no big words to puzzle us . i am onthe road back to my old physique.
Thanks u r the best (touch wood u have a good looking andbeautifully sculptured son.)
take care god bless.
Ur fan for ever
Syrus.

I have been a member of the board for 9 years. Its the first -place I would go for any training or nutritional information. I am not a bodybuilder but the knowledge on the board can cross my different styles of training.
If Mick thinks you are wrong he will tell you and explain why …ITS HIS BOARD… him and all his family partake..

where else would you get that.
