Dear Mick,
I have already purchased the Layman’s Guides I; II and III. I just finished the first two and licked them a lot. I love Mick style because while he makes me laugh a lot he provides useful and direct information not only on steroids but in training and diet as well. At first I was surprised to read that he doesn’t advise using gear to every one, he makes it clear that it is best to train for many years first, trying several training methods and approaches before thinking of roids (that is honest).
Also he makes it clear that cycles are not enough since it takes effort and sacrifice to get the desire results. Nothing to do with the magazines that try to sell you all these fancy and so call scientifically proven to make you growth, while showing pictures of guy who clearly owed their results to something else (if you know what I mean).
Keep up the good work! Congratulations
José Juan
Hi Mick,
My name’s Alan and I recently bought laymans 3 your info is clear for everyone to understand the e book is so handy!
I decided about 12 weeks ago to start taking decca in the hope that the myths were true ,weight gain huge muscles all that I trained like a c**t an to say the gains were minimal . Realizing I must be doing something wrong I found your site liked what I saw and ordered laymans 3, now since then I’ve started a cycle with decca and dianabol and I followed Chris’s training for the mass and mass diet.
This information has changed my life , it could have been a disaster on every level and it’s clear I didn’t have a fuckin clue as to the long or short term effects. I have been following the training and diet as closely as poss weight gain from the time I bought the book has been outstanding I’ve put on 2st of lean mass, I can hardly believe it I cant remember the last time I bought something an it wasn’t just bullshit! I feel like you’ve let me into a big secret, and the thing I’ve learned most is it aint the roids that’ll get you there, you gotta discipline yourself work like hell then roids will make a difference. For that reason i know why everyone aint doing it.
I’ve wanted this my whole life thanks so much for making this safe for those who are serious ,can I start another cycle straight after cycle 2 in laymans 3 decca&dianabol. I’m going onto week 5 of 8 week cycle gaining fast but I’m lean and would like to keep bulking. Any suggestions?
You’re ace
Cheers Alan.

Take care and God bless

Hi Mick.
I have got Laymans guide to steroids I & II , If you are thinking of taking steroids, Mick’s information is an inspiration to all up and coming Body Builder’s.
Mick is a down to earth Englishman who tells you as he see’s it, straight from the horse’s mouth “No offence to Mick” Say what ya see !
Not like most B.B. magazines, they are full of buy this ! Buy That !
money making gimmicks. (Full of shit)
I would highly recommend Mick Hart’s Laymans guide to steroids !

Hi Mick,
I’ve been planning on the gear, never used it before. Some say many dangers are involved. I have written to you a few weeks ago and i don’t get a reply from you. I’m interested in competing but i know you have to plunge into taking the gear. I’m a bit scared of the clogging up arteries that doctors say it causes.
‘Like the way you tell the truth mate.’
Got any advise for me?
Shane
Hi mick, I recentely was given laymans guide2 from a friend of mine i read it and was very impressed with the knowlege you provide in these books! so i went straight to your website and purchased laymans 1. What a read!! you truly practice wat you preach mate and I have the upmost respect for you. Youv’e answered all my questions unlike most people ive spoken to in the gym or out on the streets who av told me all sorts of bullshit about training for so long and then starting to see gains, now i know wat they have been using or abusing!!. Im gonna buy laymans 3 next and cant wait to read that book.I just wanna thank you so much for bringing out the books as ive been training for quite a few years and thought about using gear but did not having the guide and confidence to do so . I now know you gotta train your balls off natrually before attempting ANY use of gear period! and that makes alot of sense to me mate. Anyway I know ive made the right choice now and made a friend for life, and if I come across any problems I KNOW WHO TO CONTACT! to all those out there who have not YET purchased their copys of LG1 , LG2 AND LG3 Please do so now you will not be dissapointed and save your self alot of trouble of asking anyone else about using or just training natrually unlike the Famous Mick Hart who keeps it real, tells you like it is plain and simple NO BULL S**T!!
THANKS AND KEEP IT UP MICK!

hi mick i think the books are great full of info, i had laymans guide 1 from when i first started back in the 80,s now at the mature end i think laymans 11 is perfect and you should not be with out it ,you set my training back in nov 2006 to give me a kick start now ive trained with out help for 12 months and now feel ready to use the gear again the only problem is supply there used to be a little devil that i could trust do you know if he is still there, i was never a big user just twice a year and that worked for me. its always good to read your blogs true and simple keep up the good work. paul
