<p>I have already purchased the <a href="http://www.bodybuildingandanabolicsteroids.com/">Layman&#8217;s Guides I; II and III</a>. I just finished the first two and licked them a lot. I love Mick style because while he makes me laugh a lot he provides useful and direct information not only on <a class="ld_link" href="	http://www.bodybuildingandanabolicsteroids.com" target="_self" title="steroids">steroids</a> but in training and diet as well. At first I was surprised to read that he doesn&#8217;t advise using gear to every one, he makes it clear that it is best to train for many years first, trying several training methods and approaches before thinking of roids (that is honest).</p>
<p>Also he makes it clear that cycles are not enough since it takes effort and sacrifice to get the desire results. Nothing to do with the magazines that try to sell you all these fancy and so call scientifically proven to make you growth, while showing pictures of guy who clearly owed their results to something else (if you know what I mean).</p>

<p>My name&#8217;s Alan and I recently bought laymans 3 your info is clear for everyone to understand the e book is so handy!<br />
I decided about 12 weeks ago to start taking decca in the hope that the myths were true ,weight gain huge muscles all that I trained like a c**t an to say the gains were minimal . Realizing I must be doing something wrong I found your site liked what I saw and ordered laymans 3, now since then I&#8217;ve started a cycle with decca and dianabol and I followed <a href="http://www.bodybuildingandsteroids.com/chrisreport/">Chris&#8217;s training</a> for the mass and mass diet.</p>
<p>This information has changed my life , it could have been a disaster on every level and it&#8217;s clear I didn&#8217;t have a fuckin clue as to the long or short term effects. I have been following the training and diet as closely as poss weight gain from the time I bought the book has been outstanding I&#8217;ve put on 2st of lean mass, I can hardly believe it I cant remember the last time I bought something an it wasn&#8217;t just bullshit! I feel like you&#8217;ve let me into a big secret, and the thing I&#8217;ve learned most is it aint the roids that&#8217;ll get you there, you gotta discipline yourself work like hell then roids will make a difference. For that reason i know why everyone aint doing it.</p>
<p>I&#8217;ve wanted this my whole life thanks so much for making this safe for those who are serious ,can I start another cycle straight after cycle 2 in <a href="http://www.bodybuildingandanabolicsteroids.com/">laymans 3</a> decca&#038;dianabol. I&#8217;m going onto week 5 of 8 week cycle gaining fast but I&#8217;m lean and would like to keep bulking. Any suggestions?</p>
